I've booked via Reddoors, I've paid, I ordered because I was too late going home from Aceh, so I wanted to sleep for a few hours so I arrived at the hotel at 00.05, there was no one on duty, no one, no number that could be contacted. It's difficult to ask for a refund... even though it wasn't our fault, as a result we were forced to continue our journey towards Jambi...

Positive:1. Check-in and checkout is fast and easy. The receptionist was also very helpful (lifted the suitcase to the room on the 2nd floor)2. The room is bright and quite neatNegative:1. The bathroom is dirty and there are cigarette butts2. The bed sheets and pillows were dirty and wrinkled as if they had been used but not replaced3. AC IS NOT COLD AT ALL4. The location is quiet and if you want to find food and drink you have to walk. The solution is to order online.5. If you are alone, don't do it, because it's quiet and looks scary6. The location is not like accommodation. Because in front of it is a car wash

The room is dirty..there is no receptionist..the wait is long..the sink doesn't work..the window door can't be closed..just towels without complete equipment..please fix all the facilities, sir...!

The guards are being trained again, tell them to smile, when serving guests, they tell them to take a shower first, bye bye in the morning you have to have showered, this is when guests come and have just woken up. If asked, don't bother just keep quiet. Because of such guards, I really don't recommend this place.

The room is not clean.. The TV is broken, the lights are broken.. Some of the walls with wallpaper have come off.. Cleanliness outside is very poor. The waiter was also not friendly

In my opinion, the room was not suitable because the walls were so damp that the wall stickers changed color and peeled off, causing the room to have an unpleasant aroma. Friendly waiter

Not recommended. If you want a cheap hotel, this one isn't an option. The reception is not polite at all, the room is dirty, the water smells, the wall is cracked, the TV is dead!For OYO team, please regularly check your associate hotel, wheter it's worthy and in a good condition or not. This place is just not the OYO hotel that I know so far..so far bellow the standard.Thank you. Hope this can help to improve the place. If nor, better not show this place in any site.

1. The water often turns off, it is very difficult to take a shower. I once went to work without showering in the morning because the water ran out. Very disappointing.2. The place is dirty, the parking lot is sandy and lots of animal feces.3. The reception area was a mess, lots of used laundry carpets were placed carelessly, there was no place to sit to wait and it was very stifling.4. The receptionist is fierce and unfriendly, more suitable for being a thief. If you don't speak clearly, throw the key.5. The location is not strategic, far from the city center.6. The TV is broken with lines and the channels are cracked, it's better not to give it a TV at all.If anyone gives this place a good review, at least it's the employees who are asked to fill it. Highly not recommended place.
