Good place for a few days to explore Ubud, friendly staff, clean & relaxing!

A nice guesthouse! We stayed here for 2 weeks and overall enjoyed it. Room cleaned daily and fast to respond when we had questions.The major note is every morning at 5am there is an ear splitting call to worship from a local mosque played at speakers louder than Coachella. Even with earplugs as a deep sleeper I was up everyday. So it’s a great spot … but just know you’ll be up every morning.

The gentlemen who left bad reviews apparently wanted to extend their stay here, but they were refused for some reason (they decided to extend their stay late or behaved very noisily and dishonestly). I draw this conclusion because the guesthouse is very clean and the rooms are freshly renovated and the rooms are very spacious. The staff is very polite and always ready to help in any matter. a shared kitchen where you have everything you need to prepare a meal (free tea, coffee, sugar and water are always available). The pool is always clean, and the rooms are cleaned on a regular basis. I recommend this place if you want to spend time in Bali with pleasure!

Best guesthouse in Canggu! Firstly, it is a very large and atmospheric area, a lot of greenery, quiet, there is a swimming pool, several areas where you can sit with friends. Secondly, cozy rooms that have everything you need, a comfortable bed and pillows, a large bathroom, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, a safe) Thirdly, the owner and all the people who work here are wonderful, always friendly, ready to help/prompt /tell. Everyone is very fond of this place, maintaining order and comfort! Fourthly, security - the territory is guarded, things were safe.In general, we lived here for a year and are always ready to come back here, thank you very much to Kadek and everyone!

A very good, clean guesthouse, I recommend staying there, no matter what your purpose of travel is!Friendly and pleasant staff, large and clean rooms, a cozy, well-maintained area.A big and clean swimming pool.They clean well and change the bedding.Good wifi. Everything is perfect in this place!The staff will always help you with everything!Don't believe the bad reviews. Those reviews were written by ill-mannered people!

Great place, I recommend it wholeheartedly, my friends have lived here for a year and I’ve been living here for almost 8 months, they clean well, I can easily leave my laptop, money, passport and everything is fine! The hostess is very polite and always ready to help, they even disinfected my room from insects upon request, as I am afraid of them! Everything is great, the place is top and the price is good

My recent experience at Rimba Bird Guest House was a complete nightmare from beginning to end. Not only did they steal several items from my room, but the manager, who seemed to delight in being rude and unprofessional, made my stay incredibly unpleasant.From the moment I checked in, I sensed something was amiss. The guest house was unkempt, with trash strewn about and an overall feeling of neglect. Despite this, I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt.However, as I unpacked, I discovered that some of my belongings were missing. When I brought this to the manager's attention, instead of offering assistance, she became defensive and accusatory. She insinuated that I was attempting to scam them and even made unfounded remarks about my personal life.It was evident that she cared more about saving face than addressing the issue. Her behavior escalated to personal attacks and attempts to shame me when I sought further assistance.I will never return to this establishment and strongly advise others to reconsider staying here. The manager's conduct was not only unprofessional but also offensive. The guest house itself is dilapidated, and the staff prioritize covering up their errors over providing satisfactory service.Steer clear of Rimba Bird Guest House. You'll thank me later.

I recently had the misfortune of staying at Rimba Bird Guest House, and it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. Not only did they steal numerous items from my room(see attached), but the manager, a girl who seemed to take pleasure in being as rude and unprofessional as possible, made my stay a living hell.The moment I checked in, I knew something was off. The guest house was filthy, with trash littering the floors and a general air of neglect hanging over the entire place. But I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, thinking that maybe it was just a one-off.Big mistake.As I unpacked, I noticed that several of my belongings were missing. I reported this to the manager, expecting some kind of apology or offer to help resolve the issue. Instead, she became defensive and hostile, implying that I must have brought the items with me and was just trying to scam them. When I tried to explain that I had receipts and could prove the items were mine, she became even more aggressive, making baseless accusations about me bringing "girls" to the guest house (whatever that's supposed to mean).It was clear that she was more interested in covering up her own incompetence than in resolving the issue. And when I tried to escalate the matter, she became increasingly belligerent, making personal attacks and trying to shame me.Needless to say, I will never set foot in this dump again, and I would advise anyone considering staying here to think twice. The manager's behavior was not only unprofessional but also racist and deeply offensive. The guest house itself is a dirty, run-down disaster, and the staff seem to be more interested in covering up their own mistakes than in providing any kind of decent service.Avoid Rimba Bird Guest House at all costs. Trust me, you won't regret it.
