Had a great experience during the stay in Avanoa Villa, overall building just look so beautiful, aesthetic, and eye-pleasing. Moreover, the staffs been very helpful as we can ask them if we need anything and they also communicative through the group. I love how the villa is spacious and so does the pool, I can totally enjoy my vacation with my group and we had so much fun. Very disappointed with this place especially the service. They don’t even have basic necessities like fork and spoon for us to use. They only have tiny tea spoon. Bed too soft. We booked 3 nights and they gave only 2 gallon of water for 8 adults and 2 young children. The area is far from tourist place and the closest convinient store is 3km away so there’s no way we can carry gallons of water walking back to the villa. No spare plastic for rubbish and no one come to clean up. The bin inside was full on our first day, and the outside bin is full from the day we got here. We’d hard time to find places to throw our rubbish. For the price We’ve paid 6 million (AUD$600) per night I could get much much better place with so much better facilities.

i like this villa clean and so white but i dislike the service. one time the electricity went down and the water pump was off for hours. I contacted Villa Service but it only read, then I told my boss and then it was done.
