Very affordable price and perfect location!What the rooms are not very clean. We found several bugs in the bathroom and the light also failed.It is correct for the price.The employees have been very friendly.The kitten is a sweetheart.

Easy access to Tyana's off the main Batu Bolong Road to this 12 bedroomed development. Rooms overlook the central pool and on the upper floors there are views to a small rice field to give a modicum of a tranquil view to the south. It's a few hundred metres walk to the expansive beach, with swimming and surfing in cleaner waters than at Berawa to the east. Plenty of places to eat nearby, catering for any budget. The staff here are super helpful and sweet, and are happy to clean your room when asked to. I'm staying here for a month, like a number of people here and using it as a base, to explore other parts of Bali, and look forward to coming back 'home' after an expedition. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bathrooms could do with an update, but everything works amd the showers always give you hot water.There is free water too (hot and cold) from the clean water dispensers, free coffee and tea, and a modest kitchen for cooking as well as fridges to keep things cool.It has a nice telaxed feel to the whole place, even though it can be a little noisy at night, you're in the middle of one of the busiest and most popular areas of Bali, so expect late night revellers passing by 100m away sometimes.

We stayed here for 3 nights.Clean room , helpful staffs. Nice pool n little rooftop area to chill !Lovely cat host. She always stay outside at our room. So We invited her to sleep with us last night.Location is very good.Very Close to the beach n many cafe / restaurants near by.Highly recommended 👍🏼

I recently stayed at Tyana's geusthouse which was close to the beach and I can't say enough good things about my experience. The location was perfect, just steps from the sand and sea.The accommodation itself was also great. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they even gave me tips on the best beaches and restaurants in the area.I loved every minute of my stay and can't wait to go back. If you are looking for an accommodation close to the beach, I can definitely recommend this place!
