I had an Armomatherapy massage (90 minutes), where you were allowed to choose the oil yourself, which I thought was great. The massage was very good and you could tell that the massage therapist knew what she was doing. My friend had the acupressure massage (90 minutes) and said he felt like a new person afterwards. Both of them had a foot bath beforehand and a delicious ginger tea after the massage. The atmosphere in the massage room was very nice and relaxing. In addition to the quiet music, it was nice and quiet so you could really relax. Since we got a discount as hotel guests, the price was okay. All in all, we can definitely recommend the spa here and will probably book another massage.

We stayed our last two nights in Bali. The facilities are incredible, as well as the treatment and food. To top it all off, we chose the 4 hands treatment for my husband and I the stone treatment at the spa and it was the best we have had in Bali. I wish I could come back every year and stay again. 100% recommended.

The staff are so friendly.And the room condition is very good.I think it would be really great if the swimming pool water quality was improved. The spa in the hotel is top notch. I was very satisfied with having a high quality therapist (thank you Sanan)

I’d rate this place more than 5 stars if I could. Our visit was great! Their aromatherapy was so worth it. We would’ve loved to avail that one for longer hours if we had enough time. The place was very clean and posh, staff were all polite and helpful, and the service was 100%. We will definitely go back and recommend Kharista Villas and Retreat to our family & friends.

I had a 5-star service and spa experience with an aromatic body scrub and massage. It was the perfect treat before heading back to Malaysia. After sunburn, dry skin, and feeling exhausted from the parties and walking in Bali’s intense heat, the aromatherapy spa here was truly out of this world. The environment, hospitality, massage, and products used were all exceptional.

Beautiful resort and spa! The whole feeling of the resort is tranquil and luxurious. Their massages are simply fantastic, 10/10!Very friendly and professional staff.
