Where do I start? It is mould infested and had a major sewerage problem. As soon as you walk into the property the mould smell smacks you in the face, walk into the master bedroom and bathroom and the sewerage smell knocks you out.Kitchen is mould infested and lacking in cleanliness. Our plans to do some cooking for ourselves was quickly thrown out the window.Sheets had holes, towels were mould stained and musty smelling.Staff when contacted about the issues were very nice and pleasant but completely ineffectual and no issues were resolved. We had to abandon using the only downstairs bathroom due to truly foul odour of sewerage. I blocked the doors to bedroom as best I could with towels to prevent odour from entering master bedroom.Breakfasts were nice but always late, by 1 hour on last day.Ad states there is a washing machine but it is not for guest use.2 of 3 indoor lounges are broken. When this was pointed out to the staff, they just moved the throw pillows.Outdoor area while lovely, lacks seating. Only 2 loungers for a home that is for up to 6 guests.Pool stopped pumping on second last day. Didn't bother reporting it because they don't care.This place has so much potential but it is being entirely mismanaged.
