Very nice room and residence. The bed and duvet are very comfortable. Not many residents so you can rest assured. The staff is at your disposal 24/24 and are smiling. Room a little dirty shower level but nothing too bad. Slightly dirty fridge with hair. Shops all around. You can go there peacefully, no problem.

First very negative experience for our 3rd trip to Bali. I strongly recommend this establishment. Unwelcoming, haughty staff.. nothing to do with the Balinese service so well appreciated.. Once discovering the superior Deluxe room, we found ourselves in a corridor with large windows facing a bar.. no privacy if the curtains not drawn. No windows facing the outside... a real shame! The room reserved on booking did not correspond in any way to the one offered. We requested a refund, under the contemptuous and mocking eye of the staff. And even the refund was not correct. Had to claim the real amount.It is regrettable to end a stay like this when the previous establishments were at the top and especially to come across such disdainful staff. Regarding us, no stars to give!!

As a family trip , it was an amazing choice for us and the villa privacy and location, its very clean , amazing view for all the 3 rooms except a small room upstairs , the staff are very friendly , some of them doesn’t know English well although they try their best to help you , they ask before entering if you need to clean your rooms , they can make the room anytime during the day ( this was amazing ) the only comment was no many varieties for breakfast , only 1 item ( egg or pancake , fruits ) the staff is available all the time to assist you , as for the location it was perfect , heart of Canggu , restaurant and spas , markets , pharmacies all around , walking distance from Canggu love Anchor market , walking distance to the sea , it was a lovely 5 days and i will not forget scott amazing friendly dog they have ❤️

Clean hotel, very well located in a quiet location on the main street with several swimming pools. Queen bedThe employees are very nice. We were even kept our bags for the day and let us take a shower before going to the airport at midnight in the evening. I recommend!

We stayed at this hotel a year ago for a short period of time, this trip we decided to stay for the entire vacation.Excellent location, cleaning every day, very large rooms - equipped with everything you need, there is also a kitchen that you can use, clean and very beautiful area, quiet location, several pools and a good price.We will definitely come back again.

The first and most successful hotel of the 5 in which we stayed.Well done staff! all the soldiers fought with our lack of knowledge of English, special thanks for your patience.The cleanliness of the room is excellent. The bed linen is snow-white. 5th Deluxe room.The pool is small, but the water is excellent, the filters always work, it’s clean. There is shade from trees and a high fence. This is important because you want to rest in the shade.When we were getting ready to have breakfast, they immediately jumped up to us with permission to clean the room, respect for that.

I don’t recommend to stay in this villas at All, the pictures different than the reality ,I had 9 hours flight when I arrived was very bad room they give it to me, I saw many rooms, was very dirty, smells very bed from the mold in the walls, dirty curtains, and the bathroom was very very disgusting 🤮
