Beautiful house, clean, next to the sea, good atmosphere, coming with friends is very fun.

Very bad service. Very bad. 👎👎👎- The room is very old, the door is broken, the whole door comes off from the sliding rail. The door can't be locked- Reserve a 3-story house, but only 2 floors can actually be used. The 3rd floor cannot be opened. The owner of the house refuses to let the security guard come and open the house. But the security guard didn't have the key. So how do you open it? Do you want me to break down the door? The owner of the accommodation refused. Told him to sleep on the sofa instead.- The water doesn't flow. You have to call the security guard to fill the water tank for you. And the water was cloudy, had sediment, and was not clean.- Booked a total of 10 guests, but there were only 5 towels, 2 blankets, no soap, no shampoo, no trash cans in the bathroom + bedroom.- There are no officers at night. There is no legal entity, there is no technician, the owner is not home. Called and didn't answer. Not responsible for anything If there is any problem, you must rely on security guards only. Which security guards must be everything in the residence??
