Service is very unsatisfactory. I came in at 8am and paid the full 3rts without any information from the staff, suddenly at 7pm I was asked to check out if I wanted to continue until tomorrow at 1pm, I had to pay again. In fact, he said I had to check out from 1 o'clock this afternoon. Logically, I come in at 8 am and leave at 1 pm but have to pay in full. This is the first time I've gotten accommodation like this. I often stay at Dposo, and the rule so far has been that I get in at 1-2 in the evening and then leave the next morning at 1 in the afternoon because that counts as staying overnight. If you come in at 8 am you will leave the next day. If the count was 24 hours, I should have gone out at the same time the next morning. When I asked the employees and the owner for an explanation, they said they had already informed the employees, but I wasn't told anything at all. This is the 3rd time I've stayed here but this time I only came in at 8 this morning. There's always something missing. The first time there was no TV broadcast + no water. Second, there was no breakfast even though it had been delivered before leaving it on the table in front of the bedroom door because I wanted to exercise, thirdly, the mattress was sorry for how noisy it was, just when I wanted to go to sleep, it sounded like the wood was about to break + about checking in earlier. The point is that the facilities and services are very unsatisfactory. Hopefully it can be repaired in the future.

The bathroom door couldn't be closed, there was no hook in the bathroom, the shower water seemed to be rationed, there was no AC remote, the AC was on a timer, it turned off in the middle of the night... extraordinary...
