Quiet and respectful environment in Canggu city centre. The owners and staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. Even though we stayed for 2 days, we were very pleased. I recommend it to everyone.

My partner and I checked into bali Billy hotel upon checking in we were allowed to pick 1 of the 4 available rooms downstairs (which was a surprise to me) within 10mins we decided to leave as the moment we walked into our room we were hit with a huge odour of mould and looking around the room was wall to wall of what looked to be a cover up job trying to hide the evidence. I decided to take a look at one of the other rooms as the door was open and noticed that room was even worse. We requested our money back as this isn’t what was advertised and they refused. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone even on a tight budget as. Here are photos for your viewing pleasure or displeasure depending on how you look at it.Added note this just happened 20mins ago so not happy at the moment

Stayed at Bali Billy Village for 3 weeks and I definitely recommend it! 🌟 The staff is super friendly and helpful.The whole place including the rooms are kept neat and clean.The location is perfect - it is quiet and peaceful here. However, you are still close to everything you need and only a few minute walk from the beach 🌊 Several restaurants nearby.

Great location, an easy walk to the beach, basic room that isn't huge but has enough space. The courtyard is nice, and the staff are super friendly. The aircon works well, the only downside is that some things in the room are getting a bit old, but that's pretty common for most places in Bali.

Very good location and friendly staff. The pool and the green area in the courtyard look inviting, I was only there for a transitional night. The room was large, clean and furnished more functionally than nicely. There are safe accommodations with beautifully furnished rooms but the price-performance ratio is very good.

Fantastic location near the sea, away from the main street, so it's quiet... Sorry, close to the ocean! The rooms were neat and clean, the swimming pool was also clean and cleaned every day. Very close to the amazing Alkaine 100% vegan restaurant, which I heartily recommend. The owner is a very nice, polite person who is happy to help. I can't say a bad word.

I don't understand if the reviews are old or fake, but this place is terrible. Staff is unpleasant, and always loitering, drinking and talking. Bathrooms are awful when you shower the water will hit the toilet basically, the kitchen has ants everywhere, they paint over everything to cover up who knows what, and it's way overpriced. A place like this should cost no more than 5-10usd per night, and that's generous. If you have a 40usd/night budget (as they charge here) go anywhere but here. Stayed for a couple days there and regretted it. Moved to a way better AND way cheaper place afterwards.The street also has aggressive dogs, there is a murky rice field in front which is breeding ground for mosquitoes... as I said, I do not comprehend the good reviews, maybe from people with literally zero standards.

Very friendly owner and the staff are also very helpful. We had a lovely time in the very clean and centrally located complex. Price-performance is right. We always enjoy coming back and can recommend the accommodation 100%.

Very bad services and very rude owner or staff, whoever he isOne day i ordered gojek and the man insulted the driver, he provocate the driver fight with him, unluckily the driver wasn't explode and very polite to this manSeriuosly, don't waste your money in this place!
