First time staying here, Alhamdulillah, I got a place with a nice room, no smoking area, running water, clean toilet.

Stayed here for 2 nights and I would avoid this room under all circumstances.The only good things about it were the location (close to pesar senen) and the staff.A lot of things need improvement:1. The bedsheets weren't changed after the last guest , even after confirming with the staff . It had hair, was torn at places and had stains.2. Pillows and duvet had stains as if someone stomped over them with shoes.3. There were ants all over.4. Plumbing was bad. No one fixed the leaking tap in the sink.5. The corridor was stinking of cigarette smoke.6. No elevator, though the staff willing got our luggage to the room.7. A loud restaurant with karaoke next door until midnight . One can forget about getting sleep.

My experience of spending 2 days here was that I was satisfied with the service provided. Regarding the condition of the room, it is quite comfortable. The homework for the manager is that the cleanliness of the room, there are remnants of hair loss from female visitors, pay more attention and the pillows are a bit hard. These shortcomings are normal for me, especially with the price offered.Regarding access, it is very easy. From Pasar Senen station it only takes 10-20 minutes on foot.Hopefully we can spend the night here again with the quality of the hotel improving.
