Very bad customer service.They have a problem with Agoda and RedDoorz, where you book and pay through the app, but then at the hotel they want to charge you their price. Saying they no longer have anything to do with the app.The worst part is that the only solution they give you is to pay twice for the room, disrespecting the customer.

The worst experience was ordering via the application, the rooms and facilities were not suitable, dirty, noisy. Suggestion: if you don't want to accept customers via the application, it's better to close cooperation with the application.

The first experience of ordering via the application was not pleasant, when we arrived at the hotel there were facilities that we didn't get at the previous hotel.-towel-soap and toothbrush-The room has not been cleaned-There are several stains in the room-hard pillow- some of the bedroom lights didn't workReally bad room service๐๐๐๐๐๐๐ don't recommend booking a room via the application.

Donโt even think about going here. Itโs dirty, smelly, old and the price is ridiculous for what you get. There was an ant in our room. Worst accommodation on our 6 month trip!

This accommodation is located close to the city Mall Poso. There are many culinary delights around the inn. The back room has a terrace facing the sea.The rooms are not clean and smelly. They throw rubbish in overflowing rubbish bins in the sea. So the rubbish falls into the sea.The staff is quite friendly, but doesn't have enough insight into tourist information in Poso, especially regarding transportation to visit various tourist attractions in Poso district.What's a little strange is the hotel's policy of not recognizing room types booked through this application. I booked a Suite room through Agoda, but because the payment at Agoda (which already had bonuses and promos) did not reach the price of their Suite, I ended up downgrading to a lower room type.The rest is not bad

The view at the back of the room for 350 thousand has a sea view, MasyaAllah it's really good. The hotel is comfortable, clean, homey, not noisy either, free breakfast 2 pax per room.

The worst room I've ever stayed in so far. The door to the room was pushed hard when we wanted to close and it sounded like we were angry. The bathroom handle falls off all the time. The bed is not comfortable even though it is spacious. The rooms are spacious but not clean and lots of mosquitoes. Lots of mosquitoes. The food is pretty good and the waiters are friendly, that's the positive side

The hotel is in the middle of Poso city, if you want to go anywhere, it's close, clean, safe, comfortable, yesterday you got a really cheap price, help with reservations from the sales on HP/WA number 082299814419, very helpful for those from out of town.
