The staff is great, if you need any help you may ask her, and she knows a lot of things, especially tourist destinations around.The rooms are great and clean. You may ask for the room to be cleaned the next day or hang the tag for them so they will clean your room. The room is also greatly maintained.The location: it might be quite far from Luwuk city center, but there's a cafe around and a convenience store.
