Incompetent, unprepared staff, incapable of solving the slightest problem. We booked two double rooms, only on site did we discover that one was in that structure and the other somewhere else, we don't really know where because no one was able to explain, not even using the translator.

Stay 2 days with rental of 3 rooms. The bedroom is clean, the bathroom is clean, there is no breakfast service (not even mineral water is provided in the room), the television is dead (no broadcast) even though that is one of the facilities that guests most need to fill their free time.Parking space is limited, we are directed to park on the side of the road even though it's complicated if you want to pick up things in the car because you have to go in and out of the hotel fence and it's not safe for our vehicle (he said because they don't have security to open and close the fence) :(At 11 o'clock you have to be at the accommodation because the fence will be locked, and there is no one to guard it at night (similar to a boarding house).Just arrived and nothing happened, I was immediately reminded to turn off the AC when the owner was leaving (even though we paid for it, after all, if we stay in the room all day and the AC is on all the time, that's fine and no problem, whether we're outside or in the room, it should be up to the guest whether they want to turn it on or not. there's no AC without having to leave it like that). So it seems unfriendly because the rules are made like a boarding house. Even though we were a group and hoped to get a hotel that was truly a hotel at an affordable price.Unfortunately, I had already booked 2 days and paid via the application so I couldn't cancel. But it will be an experience and lesson for the future to be more selective in choosing hotels/lodging with friendlier service.If the owner reads the reviews, he will definitely remember our group. Honest review and based on experience.

It said the hotel was sharia but asked for cancellation but it didn't process it, it said the network was bad, I checked it on the application, but it was resolved, hopefully I'll get the money๐

The room is very comfortable..The cleanliness of the room and bathroom is also clean...It's just that if you want to go out, they say the limit is 12 at night, you have to close the gate...So on New Year's Eve we were in this guest house hahahaha sad ๐ญ๐คฃ๐คฃ

At that time I was here for an interview at one of the production houses / creative teams. The place is really cool even though the access road here is quite small and the road is also not good, including rough asphalt access. At this Guest House the reception system is still far behind because there is no special desk, the service is also not complete.

As expected, judging from the rating on the maps, it's good...And when you come here, wow it's clean and well maintained...The facilities are quite complete, free mineral water, toothpaste and liquid soap...Not bad for a comfortable stay at an affordable price ๐
