We stayed there for 4 Days 3 night. We booked 4 rooms. Really clean and reasonably priced. The staff was friendly. We arrived late fr check in on the 1st day around 10pm++ but the staff was there to help us check in. But the owner realky need to respond to their email & whatsapp as i had earlier send 2 messages to them to inquire on some matters. I had book the room via Agoda though.

We stayed here 4 days 3 nightsFor 3 roomsThe room was very clean, the bathroom was like in a hotel, there was warm water and very strong water, the towels also smelled goodThe AC is also very coldThere is a warmindo in front, so if you're hungry, just go to the front, then on the right before Bulog there is pecel lele which in the afternoon is really delicious, previously tried it after ukrim and it just tasted B if you went from the gate to the left.On the fourth day, one of the rooms we were staying in seemed to have run out of tokens, at 4 am the AC went off, couldn't charge the cell phone, the lights also went off.Luckily the water was on 😆😆😆 but it didn't matter because it was 6am we had already checked out, didn't wait until 12pmIf you want to travel to the city center it's also close, around 30 minutes, you want to go to the Bakpia 25 souvenir center only 10 minutes, to the bakpia pearl factory 25 minutesMr & Mrs owners are friendly

update October 2023.Strategic location 15 minutes to Ambarukmo Plaza. lots of food stalls and cafes around the campus.Lots of regular and fast laundry too. ✅close to motorbike rental starting from 35 thousand, don't forget to wear a helmet, sis 😉I was impressed that at 5.30 in the morning there was still cold fog ☁️ helpfulreview by @duaide 👍

The guest house is quite clean and wide. The hot water was available at night but not in the morning. I arrived around 9 p.m, the recepsionist was friendly and nice. Unfortunately, the resto was closed at 8 and we couldn't have breakfast there too, so we can't review the food

Don't be fooled by the appearance from the outside. I was also skeptical when I first arrived at the location.But it turns out the room building is new, spacious and clean.Largest size mattress, new and clean sheets.The water is loud and there is hot water.Towels and liquid soap are provided.AC and TV with the latest electronic devices, local TV channels.Blankets are not available.Enough parking for around 4 cars.In front of the hotel there is Warmindo, a Padang restaurant, fried food.For the price of 150 thousand, this accommodation is really worth it. I am very satisfied.It's not close to Jokja city center. But for netizens whose travel itinerary is to go to the Gunung Kidul beach area, Goa Pindul, and the Prambanan area, you can stay here first because the location is in the middle.After that, you can move to a hotel in the city if you want to continue exploring the city of Jokja.Oh yes, this accommodation is not a full service type, so there is no housekeeping or room service or parking attendant. Netizens please don't be fussy about that price.I came home watching the Prambanan Ramayana ballet at half past 10 pm, opened and closed the pager myself, felt at home, basically, there were no problems.The caretakers come home at night, so make sure that if you have anything to ask or need, tell them before you go home.
