Reading some reviews, I thought I was the only one who experienced bad service at this hotel...When I checked in at 8 or 9 pm after holding an event here, I went to my room, when I went downstairs I wanted to find something to eat, I happened to need an extra key for my colleague, because we left the hotel in different places, when I asked for an extra key The FO person said I had received 2 keys with a curt face and tone, even though I only received 1 but the FO insisted that I had received 2, then the FO colleague who was guarding at that time reprimanded his friend a little, then I was given an additional key...The next day at checkout, I went to the fo to give the key, I was told to wait because the fo contacted HK to check the room...I waited a very long time, 10 minutes -15 minutes...just kept quiet, told to sit down, no...I asked again and was asked again..wkwkwkThe hotel service is really funny...Obviously I'm irritated by the unfriendliness of this fo at The Bono...I've been waiting for a very long time, HK can't confirm about the room...After that phak fo told me I could leave, without apologizing for taking so long... no thanks...However, a hotel doesn't just sell rooms, it also sells services.The rooms are not as good as in the photos, dirty...But for food, drinks, thumbs up for the chef...Repaired again, it's a shame it's a 4 star hotel but the service is bad...People will definitely think again about staying here again...

The bathroom water is yellow like sewage, the bathroom is dirty, not very soundproof, the only barrier is made of plywood. In the room there is only a night light, no bright lights. Very bad service, impolite! I don't really recommend this. I hope you can evaluate very well a large and strategic hotel but the quality is not great

VERY BAD QUALITY, DIRTY TOILET, YELLOW WATER, NO BRIGHT LIGHTS THERE ARE ONLY 2 BED LIGHTS, BAD SERVICE, RUDE EMPLOYEES, FORCED TO OPEN THE DOOR BUT WHEN ASKED NOT ANSWERED, ROOMS ARE NOT SOUNDPROOF, EVERY ROOM IS JUST IN A TRIPLEX BOUNDARY, DOOR THE BATHROOM IS OFTEN LOCKED, THE SHOWER ABOVE CAN'T BE TURNED OFF, THE BIDET IS VERY LOUD, THE GLASS IS DIRTY, THE POINT OF CLEANLINESS, THE SERVICE IS NOT VERY VERY MUCH

Price is okay, but the place looks and feels rundown - carpets in the elevators and corridors are coming up at the edges, have water damage in some places, and are dirty. However, the staff are friendly and it was easy to book with the Marketing Team via WhatsApp.
