A 10 out of 10. At the foot of Mount Bromo, quiet with views, only 2 rooms, very friendly owners with very good English. You can't ask for anything more!!

One of the best homestays we stayed in Indonesia. Very clean, nice bed and a beautiful view over the valley. It’s so peaceful and quiet here and unfortunately we couldn’t stay longer otherwise we would have! Mary, the host, is very caring and can help with arranging a Bromotour. One down side can be that it’s a bit far from a city centre but we didn’t really mind. Food could be delivered here and it was a 20 min walk to a very nice restaurants. Small shops/warungs are max 5 min walk for small groceries.

The room is very nice and also the bathroom. There are only 2 accommodations here so very quite, there is also a very nice view across the valley. The place is pretty isolated on the edge of a village, so you would ideally need a scooter or car. I thought the place was a little overpriced for what you got.I never really had any interaction with the owner. And little things like not getting fresh drinking water the next day was a bit of a let down. Bromo is about a 1hr 20min drive from here.

Clean rooms. The owner is friendly and welcoming. Badabest morning view. Under the villa there is a truly natural river. Very suitable for lovers of natural music at night.

A spectacular place to rest peacefully.The owners of the house are magnificent and super attentive. They help you with EVERYTHING and are always helpful. Do not hesitate for a single second to stay in this place. They organized the tour of the Bromo volcano for us, something impressive.We only stayed one night, because our time was limited.The room is clean, spacious and has everything you need.Enjoy the views of the river and the different mountains.We will repeat for sure.4/29/24

What a beautiful place, i would recommend this to everyone. It’s just a little remote so if you want to go for dinner or breakfast preferably rent a motorbike.

One of the most beautiful homestay where I ever stayed! Comfortable, quiet, good wifi. Very clear! Owners made for us a simple breakfast, helped with trekking to Tumpak Sewu and helped to join to a group to Bromo tour.

Had an great time staying at these beautiful little cottages. Set up on the side of a mountain looking ontoMount Bromo. Views are breathtaking and the cottages are very cozy. The owners are very nice and helpful, they helped us to book Mount Bromo tour and give us complimentary fruit freshly picked from their garden. We would definitely stay again :)

Quiet and peacefull place, spacious rooms, ok facilities, comfortable mattress, few complaints were handled immediately, the shower water took >40 seconds to flow freely but it wasn't a serious problem, the owner was friendly. There is no telephone provided in the room, but there is wifi. If you ask for something, you can chat by WA.For those who just want to look at the locations, it's better to make an appointment first, because it's not a hotel with a 24-hour receptionist. Only ordinary residents manage it.

We felt lucky to have found this homestay of Yanto and his wife where it indeed felt home. The environment is amazing and that’s why we decided to extend our stay. They kindly arranged a pickup for us from Surabaya. Yanto is super kind and friendly but also very polite and respectful. He always delivers what we need and offers great recommendations. we’ll be staying here next time too for sure.

Superb homestay where all the comfort, authenticity, and beauty of the place were there. I highly recommend this homestay (which is actually a large bedroom with bathroom in a cottage at the back of the owners' garden). The walk just below the house in the watercress plantations is very nice.

The owners are very hospitable, worth more than 5 stars. The room is very clean and tidy. The view is great and the walks from the homestay are very beautiful and adventurous. If you are lucky (the right season) you will get home-grown fruit and coffee.

Amazing lodging near Bromo-Tengger-Semeru National Park. New and clean room with prestine nature view and great hosts. Location is a bit far, but just contact the host and they will be more than happy to provide a pick up service from Malang.
