Criticism:- The first hotel ran out of water in the morning because they forgot to fill the water because they fell asleep so they waited until noon before guests could shower, etc.- staff do not wear uniforms / shoes so the atmosphere is not like in a hotel- no hangers in the bathroom- the receptionist is rarely on site- no breakfastFor everything else, it's perfectThis hotel is highly recommended in Bukittinggi, hopefully it will develop quickly and have many branches, thank you 🙏

Standard rooms are priced at 350 thousand per night, without TV, it feels a bit expensive. By this time it was already evening after a long journey, I was forced and lazy to go to another hotel because I was tired.

The hotel is highly recommended for those of you who are on holiday in Bukittinggi😁👍 the hotel building is new, the rooms are nice, there are lots of room types so you can choose what type of room you want with different price ranges. In the room there are prayer mats and a Koran, mineral water, a fan, and the bathroom also has a water heater and sink... it's worth it to use it as a place to rest😁🥰 for the price paid it's worth it with the room facilities you get, the service is also good... the receptionist is standby and agile. If you get a room above, bring your belongings to the front of the room👍

The new hotel is on Jalan Gadut, about 15 minutes to Gadang Bukittinggi, in my opinion it is more affordable to stay here at this hotel at a price of 200 thousand rather than staying around Gadang Jam which won't be as comfortable, at this price the rooms are comfortable, the toilets are good n The closet is shiny, it really looks like this is a new hotel, I hope this hotel at this price still maintains service and cleanliness.

I've been coming to Bukttinggi for almost 30 years and many of the original hotels are looking tired and dingy but they're still asking (relatively) high prices. I found the Arro on the way out of town heading north and it has become my new base. It's new so very clean, the staff and management were all very pleasant, and there's a supermarket and food court literally next door. We paid Rp250,000/night (about US$25) for a non-A/C room as B/tinggi is already cool, and were really happy. Highly recommended.

overall good, the rooms are comfortable, spacious, clean, cool too. Only the facilities are inadequate, the bathroom door is transparent and you can see it, and there are no clothes hangers in the bathroom. but overall it's enough just to take a rest here a night, because the location is not far from Jam Gadang. thanks.

The outer building is still not 100% finished, but the bedroom is ready without reducing comfort. You can choose AC or fan rooms. In my opinion, if you don't just use a fan, the air on the high hills will already be cold. Apart from that, the facilities are loaned towels, blankets, pillows, drinking water, prayer mats, Al-Quran in the room. The room is comfortable, the mattress is also okay.
