All staff are very friendly and helpful...The room facilities and wifi are quite good, with a view that can directly see Mount Merapi or Merbabu.For those who invite parents with leg problems, it's best not to take the neat one because you have to climb stairs.The breakfast menu tastes 7/10, LBH can vary more.You can schedule a holiday here again, always successful

Hotell with an expensive view in Selo. Get super beautiful views of Merapi and Merbabu. The place is really nice, the staff are very helpful and friendly. Order the lawu type and get an affordable price so it's worth it. The food is delicious. Kids friendly.Complete facilities, there is a swimming pool, mini playground, each room has a smart TV, air conditioning, water heater, towels, full body mirror, complete hand wash shampoo and soap and it smells delicious.And there are 2 super cute orange cats...Thank you for the service. Highly recommended πππ

MashaAllah, the best view in Selo, the views are really good in all directions.The rooms are clean, the service is very friendly, the facilities are complete, there is a playground, swimming pool, mini golf. Basically complete, yesterday I stayed in the Merbabu room, there was a private pool, joss lahh.Oh, I ate at the restaurant too, the food was delicious, yesterday I tried the Oxtail Sop, Grilled Ribs, Fried Rice and it was really delicious. The snacks are also delicious, try the crispy milk tofu, cassava cheese and purple sweet potato thymus, wow.Didn't make the wrong choice, great, come here again sometime.

I think it's a very good place to stay.Some people look at the reviews and some of them are bad, maybe just ignore it, okay?The rooms are clean, fragrant and very comfortable... treated to truly beautiful natural views... MasyaAllah...The service from the service is also friendly and very good, the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious... the children enjoy it too...The only thing you have to pay attention to is that during the day it's really hot, the air conditioning is still not working... I don't know what the solution is, the swimming pool when I visited was dirty and the top looked like it wasn't cleaned every day...Anyway, the point is that I am comfortable staying here at a price that is relatively cheap for me.Hopefully it will continue to get better in the future and the service will always be improved π

Initially I booked the Lawu type and got it at Lawu 7 and Lawu 8. Oh my gosh, just opening the door a sewer and unpleasant smell came out of the toilet. then the bed sheets smell musty and it's very obvious that it's just been sprayed with fragrance.I really couldn't stand the smell so much that I had to move rooms and change type, luckily there was an empty one. The other type (Merapi/Merbabu, I forgot but it's right next to Lawu), okay, the 1st floor is clean and doesn't smell like anything.The 2nd floor is empty and smells like it hasn't been lived in for a long time, how can that be π around the bed it's also not cleanpls, this management rates the rooms like this. If you're just looking for the view, it feels like it's going to be a one-off experience here.thank you for employee hospitality, friendly, full of smiles and okay ππ»

Villa Azana is quite recommended in the area, the view is good. We go up to the rooftop and we can get 2 views of Mount Merbabu and Merapi. Unfortunately, the service is lacking and the facilities are minimal at this villa, for example when we get out of the car there are no officers to help lift suitcases, the TV facilities are already Android. , but you can only watch YouTube, there are no local TV channels, you have to pay for Netflix yourself, the swimming pool is dirty, the water in the bathroom is very small so bathing doesn't feel clean... the sheets have a lot of sorry stains like there are traces of sperm and blood, Food Breakfast is not varied, service management must be improved

The floor is scratchy (please brush it at least once a month, because just mopping it won't be clean enough)2. Only 1 toothbrush and sandals3. The shower is too short, I am 172cm tall and have to bend down when showering4. The position of the TV table is too low5. The pool has lots of insects and is not clean

Honest ReviewStaying in a suite turns out the experience is not as wow as the photos.(1) This room does not have air con. I understand that Selo is cold, but it's called in the middle of the garden, during the day it's still hot from the hot sun.(2) The floor feels scratchy. The bathroom floor was slippery and almost slipped several times.(3) Don't expect 4 star hotel facilities and above at that price. The facilities in the room are minimal. Winning on the view alone.(4) The pool in the room is more like a large tub. You have to fill it first (and it takes a long time to fill it), you can't get hot water (it only comes out a little), so you soak it in cold water.(5) Service is just normal. Staying in a suite is special only because of the size of the room and the pool inside. Breakfast is also ordinary.The most disturbing thing is when the breakfast guests are busy playing gospel songs. It's okay if that's the owner's value, but there's no need to set it loud when guests are having breakfast. We go there and pay, not get paid.Hopefully it will be fixed, unfortunately the location is good.

I stayed in the Merapi villa type which was said to be for 2 people, but I was only given 1 slippers and toiletries... after asking the receptionist they said if I asked for more I would give it later, in my heart: why do I have to ask for more when we already paid for 1 room for 2 people , you have to adjust it, give 2 sandals, give 2 toothbrushes π If there's only 1 like that, we're told to give you alternate toothbrushes...Oh yes, one more thing, sorry for the service which wasn't very friendly, there was no smile at all and was indifferent, especially the guy who at that time opened the door when he wanted breakfast... I think he was in the restaurant who took the breakfast voucher...We checked out and he was also with a sullen face without a smile..Even though the female receptionist is quite friendly and can say thank you...For the room, because the view is just good, the price is 700 thousand/night... for cleanliness, 9/10, because there is still dirty dust...So if I want to visit there again, I won't, the service makes me tired π sorry, this is my experience

With accommodation prices like that, it's okay, it's quite worth it compared to others. The view you get is quite good with the cold air at the foot of the mountain. The facilities you get are also quite complete, there is a swimming pool, children's play area, TV, fan, WiFi, etc. Breakfast is also varied from buffet, snacks, drinks, porridge, it tastes okay. It's quite unfortunate for those who book a room with a private swimming pool, the water flows quite slowly so it takes a very long time to fill it. Plus there are lots of insects that we have to clean first. Apart from the swimming pool problem, everything was okay, quite an interesting experience.
