We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Nikko Benoa. Beautiful lobby and very friendly staff. We had a garden view room but also got a partial seaview from the balcony. The pool was fantastic. Had a swim every day then relax on the sunlounges by the beach. All watersport activities are available on the hotel beach. The breakfast was excellent. Enjoyed relaxing for a long breakfast. We enjoyed all the mocktails especially the "Summer Dream". Will definitely return again. There was an Indonesian restaurant not far from the hotel, where they could serve halal meat. Beautiful atmosphere at the restaurant. The coffee shop up the road had excellent coffeeThere is a mini mart opposite the hotel and money exchange is nearby. Was easy to get a taxi or order a grab.

NOT a 5 star experience. Old facilities, a public beach that is swarmed by water sports like jet skis and boats etc that pollute the hotel pool area with their toxic fumes, hotel restaurants that seem pretty dead. Feels like a hotel that’s long seen it’s best days.Oh did I mention the construction?Only 1 star for service despite the staff being nice- I asked specifically to be located somewhere close to the pool or breakfast area as I was with my 7m old baby. Instead they literally put me in the farthest room available…. 👀 not greatShould be a 4 star max. Best thing about this place is the layout of the pool. Quite nice, different depths and lots of shady areas.Hotel Nikko would do good to upkeep their property, update shower heads & sinks & broken pool tiles etc. Otherwise NOT 5 stars.

Hotel Nikko is a beautiful hotel with a stunning location right on the beach. The staff were so warm and kind and added special touches like my daughter's names on their deserts. From the front desk to the pool towel service, the concierge, the dining staff always so friendly offering service with a smile. The room was perfectly cleaned each day and was the perfect size for a family of four and it was only a family room but quite large. Hotel design and art decor is beautiful. But you can't beat the view when the tide is high. the locals are lovely too and offer little market stalls along the beach. The pool is beautiful and my kids barely left the pool in 5 daysthey had the best time and named different parts of the pool, parents of young kids please take care as the pool can get suddenly deep. But otherwise I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful holiday to just unwind and let kids just be free to have fun! P.s highly recommend Georgios - kids gave it a 1000 star rating. Thank you hotel Nikko benoa for a very memorable holiday

It was great that it was close to a private beach, and also had a spa and restaurant attached. All the people at the front desk were unfriendly. The front desk was disappointing even though it is the face of the hotel. The water system was poor and I had many water disasters. There seems to be a Pokemon room, so it's perfect for families.

#HotelNikkoBali #Seaside #SeaCationIt is an amazing hotel with excellent staff and great facilities. Nice proximity to external facilities like convenience stores, spas and restaurants. Over an above the internal facility which include onsite spa, two restaurants, gym, etc.The daily #breakfast was fresh and #delicious, with a large variety for #diversepalettes. Towards the end of breakfast service, the staff do a walk past and remind you that the service is ending and that you should please collect anything additional your may want to eat before they clear up.A minor food improvement, the early morning prepared breakfast boxes, need some work. I'm not sure who eats 2 slices of bread with hard-boiled eggs without sauce or seasoning. If butter and jam were provided, there was no cutlery to spread it.The pastries, water, and fruit were #LifeSavingWhilst we did not spend much time at the resort, we did try to maximise when possible. Sneaking in a swim session in the evening or early morning.Only to be asked to leave the pool at 7.50pm whilst other patrons were allowed to enter and continue swimming beyond 8.30pm. I am not sure why the islands in #Australiasia like to close their #SwimmingPools early in the evening, when there are NO #LifeGuards on duty even during the day. So it's always swimming #AtOwnRisk
