The owner is very kind. Warm and friendly, lovely price, a quiet place to stay. Not far from the beach, clean rooms, cool air conditioning, towels, soap, shampoo provided. There is a chance to come back and stay again.

Guesthouse style rooms that are clean and new. The owner takes good care of them and is very cute. Small parcel, refrigerator included. Only 50 meters from the sea, just a little into the alley, coming from South Cha-am. The beach is not crowded. The other surrounding buildings in the alley are almost deserted. But once you enter the accommodation, you don't feel lonely. The inside looks warm, like being in a clean house.

Come visit the event... Come use our rights to travel together. Clean rooms, not too expensive, located in southern Cha-am. Walk to the center of Cha-am for about 1 km. It takes 20-30 minutes to walk.Recommended breakfast here is very good. Compared to the price of stay, it's worth it.

Stay 24-25 Sep. 2022 Can't deny that the elders provide very good service. Warm like being at home We went to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday. The brothers make food that tastes good. The breakfast is very good (I didn't take all the photos because I forgot to worry about eating, haha) and there are cute corners to take photos. The air conditioner is very cold and the warm water is good. The bed is comfortable. There is definitely a chance to stay again.

Cheap accommodation, the owner is very cute and gives a warm welcome. The accommodation is not far from Cha-am beach, can easily walk to the beach. What was very impressive was the breakfast. Breakfast included shrimp porridge. Fried egg toast, salad, various fruits, orange juice, and what was very impressive was that Mr. Tuk, the owner, made a special meal for himself as he is a vegetarian. The food is very delicious. Thank you very much. I am very impressed. Definitely have to go again.
