The room AC was broken and when I asked to change rooms they said it wasn't allowed because it was full... I was told to heat it up in the room. The rooms are old and need a lot of renovation and the rooms are dirty

Special attention to hotel management.The first time I entered the room, I felt very damp. The AC doesn't feel cold, even though it's already 17 degrees. There is a refrigerator that has started to rust and is not cold. The AC sound is noisy. The bathroom is clean, the hot water works, there is a part of the wall tile that is loose. There is a leak in the roof of the room.The electric plug near the bed doesn't work. There are 2 small bottles of mineral water, coffee, tea and sugar available. There are no hotel slippers.The balcony is not maintained. Very dirty room windows. The balcony iron is very rusty and dangerous.There is a swimming pool which is dirty. Yesterday I got a price of 450 thousand from the normal price of 800. The price is not worth it with the facilities you get. Limited breakfast menu.Ample parking space.Hopefully there will be renovations soon from the hotel management.

Strategic location, friendly staff, minus many rooms. Not clean enough, the AC isn't cold even though I've moved rooms, the TV doesn't work, the bathroom is dirty, the smell of cockroaches, the soap dispenser is broken, damp, at a price of 450 the breakfast menu as prepared is not worth it, there are few choices, and the taste is very poor, the swimming pool looks dirty, can't swim, the room is dusty. The view is nice... please fix it so that customers are comfortable

Room cleanliness is lacking. There is a cupboard, only the top is clean, the bottom is dusty. Electric plug near the bed, can't be used. Forced to use the one in the bathroom.If you want to swim in the pool, it also feels uncomfortable, because the pool is on the edge of the dining area, it's like watching whales swim. The lock on the door to enter the room also sometimes stutters.

Hotel with poorly maintained facilities.. Room 3051. The AC is not cold... And the sound is noisy, quite annoying.2. When you entered the room the floor was still dusty.3. The refrigerator is broken.4. The cupboard door is broken.5. The inside bathroom door handle easily comes off or gets damaged6. The water heater doesn't work... So you can't take a warm/hot shower7. Can't flush the toilet (it doesn't fill with water and can't flush small/large water)8. Room tissue is not replaced (left over from previous user or whatever)9. When you enter, you can still smell cigarettes from previous users.10. The elevator looks like it has never been wiped down... Very dirtyI've been complaining about the room from the start, but nothing has changed... Not recommended for those looking for a comfortable room if there hasn't been any improvement steps from the hotel

THE MOST CLEAR HOTEL WAS HAMMERED!!!!DIRTY ROOMS, THE WATER DOESN'T RUN FROM BEFORE MAGHRIB UNTIL NOW I TYPE THIS THERE IS NO ROAD, THE REASON IS STILL FILLING... HEYYYY CLASS OF A 3 STAR HOTEL HOW IS THE SERVICE LIKE THIS??!?!?!?!MISSSSSSSS
