The location is great, the grab comes fast to pick you up (10 min. to city centre) or 30 min walk to the first coffees. However the room was really dirty, the shower pressure was very weak, we couldn’t flush the toilet because there was no water, almost no water coming out of the sink and the wifi was not working great. We also only got 1 keycard for the room. What was nice was the restaurant they have there and the staff is really friendly and helpful!

The room is spacious, the ceiling is high, the bed mattress is very comfortable, it is said that the furniture is self-produced, usually it is a bit difficult to adapt to sleep, but with the existing mattress it is very comfortable, for standard cleanliness, maybe there are small ants because there are lots of trees, the Balinese atmosphere is comfortable, no noisy, so you can rest, the swimming pool is clean, the staff is friendly, homey, the hotel doesn't provide a restaurant, but there is a typical Balinese restaurant (non-halal), you can order food online too, close to famous cafes, will be back to stay here again.

Most dirty place, which I think is a shame. Nice hotel but really dirty. We arrived at 1 o'clock in the night. We wanted to sleep after a long day. It says 24 hour reception, but we had to call and wait 20 minutes before anyone could help us. It turns out that staff were sleeping in one of the hotel rooms.We finally get a room, the stairs, the hallway, everything was full of hair and stains. In the room also, duvet cover is stained, no toilet paper, no cups, no shower facilities. Overall disgusting and 1 of my worst stays. The gentleman at reception did not apologize or anything like that!I left with my clothes on and without a blanket because I thought it was so dirty. Because we got a room on the 3rd floor and there were no stairs and it was almost 2 a.m., I had to sleep like this.I should have kept my money with me and slept in the car

Superior double room type+ The rooms are spacious, the building has just been renovated, the swimming pool is clean, there are monkeys, chickens, dogs, there is a special suckling pig restaurant, big TV even though it's not smart- amenities no toothbrush + toothpaste, no elevator.Message: I hope the cleanliness of the rooms and swimming pool is always maintained and the volume of hot water flow can be increased for the 3rd floor. Good Job 🫡🫡🫡

The place is not bad but the entrance is a winding road, the service is friendly after mopping and continues to serve the guests who come because there is no customer service section so it works at the same time but it is still friendly towards customers 👍... the swimming pool is quite large, there is a stage but unfortunately it wasn't functioning when I went there at the moment New year but quiet... the food is not available for Muslims. There is no lift to go up to the 3rd floor, the hot water is not hot and the bathroom is just normal.. the lobby is small.. the top balcony is not yet muddy when it rains.. you can't bring a group of people together or you will incur additional fees.. it is located inside the housing complex.

Highly recommend staying here. The best thing about this place is the quietness and spacious rooms. But what needs to be improved is that if there are guests, there should be an officer to help carry suitcases up or down because there is no elevator. Apart from that, try to make sure there is a better breakfast. Then the entrance to the hotel, please provide lighting around the housing complex if possible (consult with residents) because it is very dark at night, especially when passing through rice fields. Overall I am satisfied and will come back to stay here again.

Take the children to take part in the KSI grand final competition at Ma Chung University, stay 2 nights here... friendly service, clean rooms even though on the 3rd floor you have to go up and down stairs because there is no lift 😁 there is a pretty good swimming pool 👍AC and hot water run smoothly 👍 only Maybe you need to add chairs on the 3rd floor for sitting like on the 1st floor.
