The property advertised on Facebook and Instagram does not exist. We went to the address and there’s no rsuch place. Spoke to local owners and this is happening often.Photos advertised are stolen from layatantra resort in Thailand, they will take your money and cancel because there’s no actual apartment. This place is a SCAM. Be careful !

Villa Armani unfortunately has ruined my experience in Bali.After we find out that the AC is not working, we reached out to the management team, which was pointless as they were not able to fix it.Surviving the heat and humidity of Bali, I began to feel frustrated and angry when I try to message the manager, Dika, which was totally IGNORED regarding the AC.We finally were speaking on the phone, and once more I was IGNORED after he agreed to find the solution that is to move us to another place to be able to sleep comfortably.Dika has refused to give refund and has failed to find solution, me and my family have been left hanging, as he did not reply to the messenger after our last conversation on the phone. We were hopeful for the AC to be fixed since 6pm-12am.I feel disrespected from all of this.Besides, the villa was dark, there is NO fan or exhaust in the bathroom. Wouldn't recommended even if the AC was working.It just is suck. Sorry not sorry.

Very poor villa. I would not recommend anyone to stay here ever. The villa manager is very irresponsible. Our Air Conditioning is not working and nothing is done. The Villa won’t take any responsibility. No solution given. Please don’t stay here unless you want to ruin your holiday.

We booked a villa, did 50% payment.2 days before I asked if they needed anything else. Thank they said we have to pay the full amount.Not open for discussion, only wanting money upfront.Making the villa available to others while we already had a “confirmed booking”
