Our room was very dirty- pillows covered in black mould, mattress looked like it came from the dump, bathroom not clean. We asked to move rooms but there were no other rooms available. To their credit, the staff were nice and gave us a full refund.I don’t know if we just got a bad room or if they’re all like that. We were able to get another hotel in a good location for a cheaper price.At the moment, they are also building something next to the pool so there was no where to sit around the small pool.

Good sized room, good clean pool to cool off in. They cleaned the room regularly. Off the street so very quiet. Right in the centre of town so close to lots of restaurants and about 15 minutes walk to get to the start of the rice paddy or ridge walk.

I like that this place is off the main street, it is very peaceful. The staff are helpful, welcoming and kind. The breakfast is good. The rooms smell like humidity and the bathroom is ok. Water pressure is great though. Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would stay here again.

This hotel rooms and facilities are not worth more than $10 .No TV. No. Refrigerator and no safe box.The toilet is very very bad.This garbage need to be close and renovate completely.

the building looks old from the outside but for air con, water heater, swimming pool, toilet so far still in good condition. Unfortunately no amenity are provided, for breakfast the menu is very simple but delicious, the location is not far from downtown Ubud so it's easy to access everywhere. the price is not too expensive and the service is very friendly. I will definitely rebook this bungalow to stay in future 🤩

Staff was too unprofessional. He was rude all the time, no privacy entered without knocking. Checkout time was at 12 noon but he want us to leave at 11am. We had 4 bags but didn’t help to carry. We need to lift all to the second floor. And also we mentioned room with double bed but ended up getting twin room. I asked to extend room for a day he was asking cash 500k double than we paid online. Room was not clean and no toiletries, no new towels for new day.

Absolutely not recommended! We arrived and the toilet wasn't cleaned, air conditioning wasn't working and the sink wasn't drained. In addition, the duvets were not covered with bed linen and the staff was poorly organized. When we asked, the bathroom was cleaned again, but first in the Indonesian way with an old towel. We didn't feel comfortable there.

Fees.Service 0/10: Staff in charged accused me of stealing their towels, interestingProfessionalism 0/10: Staff entered the room without my notice nor consent to shut my A/C while I was away in townRoom 3/10: Clean and comfy bed but poor wall and bathroom maintenance, it was moldy.Fees: Staff charge to “look” after and store the stuff prior and post check out.0/10.Do not recommend. You can find better places for the price.

Claims to be pet friendly but told me to leave my dog tied around a tree in the rain. The worst experience with the rudest staff member I've come across shouting and abusive definitely recommend to NOT stay here

Nice room, location is very central- but in here is quiet. Its a very nice garden around you. Breakfast is good. The staff helped us with laundry and to rent scooters. I would recommended this place.

The room attendant is very rude and arrogant (contrasts greatly with the people here). It is not clean and the rooms smell bad. The only thing that saves it is the pool.

A very peaceful and quiet place in the Ubud centre. One step go to main road. Clean air conditioning rooms with Europe design! Its really diamond in the heart of Ubud!

A good guesthouse in the center of Ubud, in the evening you can stroll along the cozy streets with cafes, the monkey forest is within walking distance. The rooms are clean, good breakfast, very friendly staff.
