Location: 4/5โญ๏ธ- close to the airport- a bit difficult to find because the entrance to the road is quite small, not on the side of the roadService: 2/5 โญ๏ธ- ordinary or even less so- during initial checkin, the floor felt sticky- equipment is not cleanRoom: 3/5โญ๏ธ- standard room with queen bed- enough bathroom- The interior is quite old and doesn't seem well maintained- there is a small refrigeratorFacilities: 2/5 โญ๏ธ- The parking area next to the hotel building is very large- the lobby is not too big- sorry, the breakfast is really not delicious and there are very few variants at this price (1/5). I didn't eat breakfast because I didn't taste the menu- the receptionist is not very skilled- there is quite smooth wifi- hairdryer and several other tools provided by requestNote:Pay attention to the room and bed sheets before lying down because in my colleague's room there were caterpillars. I didn't attach the photo here. When reported to the front office to ask to be tidied up they only said "ready ma'am" but there was no apology. Finally I checked out that day and moved hotels. Rather than risk getting tenacious hair into your ears or at least itching, it's better to move

Recommended new hotel. The location is quite strategic. Spacious parking area. There are 37 rooms available in three classes. There is a large ball room that can accommodate approximately 500 people. The rooms are clean, neat and elegant. Affordable prices and good service. Hopefully in the future it will grow even more, amen. Great ๐

Stay in Palu City with a strategic location very close to Palu Airport, spacious rooms with separate living room. TV and AC are separate from the bedroom and living room, prices are affordable, the food menu at this hotel is delicious

The location is strategic, just 5 minutes from the airport. Parking is very spacious. There is a Function Hall on the 2nd floor.The room is very comfortable, there is space for worship. Cleanliness starting from the parking lot, lobby, bedrooms and bathrooms is all good. AC, TV, mini refrigerator & hot water kettle all function normally.Security guard & receptionist are responsive 24 hours, friendly housekeeping.
