Great value for money!Local homestay in a perfect location. The room was spacious and clean enough. They offer free water, coffee and tea. The staff is awesome. The room has a small balcony with 2 chairs, a table and a cloth rack, which were very handy. If you are not looking for luxury, it is a good place, however if you want a bit more comfort, you can pay a little more for better places.

Went for the MotoGP, and this was an ideal location to reach the circuit. The location itself is at the heart of the bustling Kuta junction. Very helpful owners and staff, definitely value for money.

Very poor communication, room was old and sheets where permanently stained

Great location, but everything horrible.We left two days early due to bad weather, but we breathed a sigh of relief. Very dirty room, cockroach in the wardrobe, no bedspread, no blanket. I'm with the sheet.There was air conditioning but it came out smelly.The towels smelled.I don't know how it has so many stars, not recommended for anyone.

Ok straight up its a budget guesthouse like many in Kuta - and I have stayed i several of them. This however was the most disappointing one out of all.Arrival is chaotic, with no real reception and a horde of kids running and screaming around, with no real idea who is in charge - however we found the person and they seemed to understand we had a booking.The initial rooms are ok, sparse but what one can expect from 300k/night in Kuta. At least aircon, and bed was ok. However bed sheets are old, stained and with holes.The real problem was realising room 7 has a thin chipboard door connecting to another guest room - which you can not only see through the crack into the other room, but even talking sounds like they are in the bed next to you. This is ridiculous especially as clientelle are often young backpacker party types making noise.That said, after requesting to move, they did help to move me to another room (it seems to the detriment of another guest who was moved from my new room into my old room - and they could be seen complaining about it in the morning). So thanks to staff for helping with the issue, maybe you should just brick up the door connection then you have solved the problem.New room was ok, same stained bedsheets, basic bathroom but ok - but the doors are super thin and you hear all noises outside - including my so considerate neighbour who decided to call his parents at home at 1am outside the room... so much for getting some sleep in my new room.Basic budget place which would be fine for the money if they put in real doors for some sound proofing and brick up the door between those two bedrooms - absolutely ridiculous. Also have someone designated as the manager - its chaos to an arriving guest. Good luck!

Pandu is located right in the heart of Kuta. Their cuisine is FABULOUS and generous! Come and come back! The staff may seem a little shy or reserved but the place is spacious and the rooms have everything you need. They aren't the most aesthetically pleasing but personally I didn't miss anything and their air conditioning worked wonderfully. Thank you very much I will come back!

Great value for money Homestay in a great location in Kuta. We had a pleasant stay with the room having everything we could need considering how cheap it was. We had to move rooms on our second night due to a drain issue and the staff were so friendly and apologetic (even though it was not their fault!). Free water refills and unlimited tea and coffee available. There's a restaurant bar attached which offers breakfast and dinner options.
