As for the price, it's cheap.But regarding service, it was disappointing.The room was not provided with towels, telephone the receptionist, the answer was yes, it was confirmed. The towels weren't delivered until the next day!!

The bathroom looks like it lacks maintenance, everything looks like it's old hahahaaβ¦. Wort it at a price of 280K.Good service, friendly staff, security is also good. Most like the lift, it's pretty good. The restaurant has the best service, the menu is large and delicious

Very strange, the room was not dirty nor was there any trash scattered around. But I got charged 300 thousand because the room was dirty. Why not just provide brooms and vacuum cleaners in the rooms so that guests can clean their rooms until they shine?

The room is okay, the snacks are not very expensive, the prices in the lobby are still reasonable.But the service is not very good, many employees are rude.The water is really salty, it hasn't been repaired yet but it's been 2 days since the water is as salty as sea water.Where's the smell of tap water, the smell of sewer water?

Old model hotel, cleanliness is okay but the rooms are musty and the AC is not cold enough.The bathroom is also not clean.The breakfast is delicious

If anyone had been in Dumai, you would know that this place is not just hot, itβs scorching. so it truly make me wonder why a hotel of this scale can be such a cheapskate on AC. the lobby is beautiful, but youβll be sweating like a pig there, and it goes for the hallway. the room, however, is great. iβd say the most modern looking if thatβs what youβre looking for. the superior room is nice but itβs super small, if there is more than 1 people with you, it will feel super claustrophobic. and the pillow is so hard it gives me neck pain. we also found stain on the sheet that we can only pray is water stain. other than that, the food is great, and its quite clean.

I PSAn room 2...!In the morning I srpn alone! The children haven't woken up yet... So the children woke up, I accompanied my child for breakfast... even though I was reprimanded by the staff from the kitchen... bro, didn't KK already have srpn earlier!! Well, I accompanied my child because it's a child I'm 7 & 6 years old!!! The way to reprimand is in public, lots of people are looking...I swear I've given up...I'm watching you eat...!You can reprimand but not in public to protect the guest's self-respect!!! It used to be frequent but the waiter was ok...now it's not like it used to be.!!!!Very disappointed!!!!stay 2 more nights

The rooms are nice and clean, only the room service is still lacking. For example, there is no soap, and this has been told to the room service and reception but it was not given/added. So, for advice, bring your own soap or buy it at the stall next to the hotel.

For overall good,Can check in early tooNear places to eat, ATM, Ferry ticket counter, mosque and there is a 24 hour stall to buy cigarettes and snacks
