(+) the rooms are comfortable and quite clean, the staff is also friendly, the location is good, the wifi is fast.(-) The pool water is dirty with traces of dust and particles from renovations, in the afternoons it is a bit noisy because there are renovations.

Very nice room, unfortunately while we were there there was a lot of work going on from Wednesday to Sunday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. constantly, it's a real shame because apart from that everything is perfect

This place isn't as described in previous read reviews, upon first arrival I was greeted by a full construction crew doing major renovations, both inside and out.When I went to my room after walking past the pool and noticing how dirty it was. I then entered my room , number 5, normally I don't expect to be greeted by a swarm of ants and mosquitoes but I wasn't surprised as nothing in this place is clean or asdecribed.I was meant to stay for over 3 weeks.I left just after 1 week, they didn't clean time as much as should , only when I arrive and next 7.I'm on

Anti-sanitary. Construction work. Period stains on a yellow urine soaked mattress.Manager Desta who will ignore your complaints and suggest to switch one terrible room to another one, without acknowledging that you CAN NOT sleep and rest there because of the construction work INSIDE the hotel that they DID NOT notify me on arrival neither later.4 different staff told me that it will be finished “tomorrow” for a few days. A nice woman on reception did notified the manager regarding my complaints, but he DID NOT show up for a week, until I was on the edge of crying and contacting Agoda to remove their property from the platform.Face to face, the manager Desta promises a full refund of my stay for not showing up earlier, waits for me to leave and then refuses to acknowledge the financial and emotional damage he caused and only refunds for the 9 last days I DID NOT to stay there. He made me wait for a week and DID NOT refund for that week when he was god knows where!I truly hope this property will no longer receive guests under the manager Desta or will do better starting from replacing and finding a GOOD manager who will listen to the guests and MANAGE the property and issues properly, instead of ruining someone’s birthday plans.

Basically a nice room and great balcony. The kitchen and utensils are unkempt and old.What is simply not possible, however, is that the bathroom is extremely moldy. So much so (and not just since yesterday, as you can clearly see) that you can hardly stand it because of the musty smell. This is an extreme health risk and we think it is completely wrong to rent such a room at all. The bathroom door has also never seen a rag in its entire life.We are not picky and have been using SOA low budget for 4 months now. This bathroom urgently needs to be renovated.
