Horrible place to stay . So dirty and pool is like a bath tub . No filter and not clean . Not worth for that price . Hair and things when I enter . Paint peeling in the sitting room and dirty sofa . Pls don't go there .

Bed Linen and towels were stained and were almost transparent. Staff offered to clean the villa after night one but had to be asked for each day after that. Breakfast was bland, usually cold and very basic. The inconsiderate guests in other villas with loud music and partying till 1:30am was of no interest to staff.As for the villa itself, the photos online aren’t even close to the actual visualisation in person. Mould, dirt, broken tiles, steep stairs, filthy walls, uneven laneway with filthy rubbish lining it to walk down before entering the place. No toiletries or even a tea towel to dry a glass. The photos show Netflix on the TV and say to sit back and relax…. There is no Netflix or any Channels even provided on the TV. We were told to use our own Apps on our phones. The pool had no railing or steps. It was dirty with a clogged filter and was in the shade all day. We were told it was a sunny pool.The whole experience was a disappointment and very overpriced. Even when leaving we asked if staff could call for a taxi. After a minute of waiting we were told sorry, they all booked out today!Two room Villa definitely not what was advertised.

It’s a nice petite villa that fits a family of 4! We got breakfast and the bacons were yummy😊 One little note is the shampoo and soap smells a little bit funny, but our overall experience were great!

It was such a horrible stay, I stayed in the Vienna villas, the paints are coming out, the villa looks dirty, horrible smell in both the washrooms from the drain, mosquitoes everywhere, the pictures are edited and posted, originally the villa looks very dirty, breakfast is really less, bad coffee and only 2 options of breakfast, we regret staying at this villa. The pool was never cleaned, the bedsheets were never changed inspite of informing the staffs during our stay of 5 days and 4 nights.The electric burner was so slow that heating something and eating was a huge task, and there was no microwave.Only thing positive was the location as it was close to the beach. Also a few staffs were nice( behaviour wise) .I keep coming to Bali twice in a year, but I never want to book this villa again.Also the email of Services like Booking rentals, or activities came to me the day before I was leaving the villa, so the email was useless.
