It's a great place. I really liked the location. The ocean view is beautiful. It was nice to sit in the restaurant and eat and drink something. The best thing is that the staff here are very nice people.

I took off a star for the lack of access to the sea and the ants that will crawl even where you don’t expect. We were looking for a beach and after several hours of wandering we found this cozy place. We rented sunbeds and hung out until the evening. The price included: a chicken sandwich and a drink! I liked everything except the ants and being landlocked(

I had the great pleasure of spending several nights at this outstanding property and I can say without exaggeration that it was one of the best experiences of my life.Rooms: The rooms are spacious, modern and equipped with every comfort you could wish for. From the comfortable bed to the high quality toiletries in the bathroom, everything was perfect. The views were breathtaking and the attention to detail in the furnishings made the stay particularly luxurious.Service: The staff was extremely courteous, friendly and professional. Every request was met promptly and with a smile. It felt like the entire team went above and beyond to ensure guests had an unforgettable stay.Wellness & Leisure: The pool is a real highlight - stylish, quiet and relaxing. The pool area offers an oasis of peace and invites you to linger.Location: The property is centrally located yet quiet, perfect for exploring the city. Many sights are easily accessible on foot, and public transport is also in the immediate vicinity.Conclusion: This property offers everything you would expect from a 5-star property and more. It's been an epic stay here! For the price and staff has been more than expected. The food in the restaurant and locals have been super helpful. I am satisfied with staying two nights here. The place is quiet and calm, with friendly local people. The wind is cool and the air is fresh. It is ideal for being alone with my wife. While doing some work on my laptop supported by a good hotel internet network. The place is quite clean and quite well maintained. When suddenly there is equipment that is not working properly, they solve it quickly. The hotel waiters are all friendly and attentive. The food is also delicious, the arak cocktails are amazing. My wife even suggested staying longer next time. The thing that the manager needs to pay attention to is that the coconuts on the coconut trees in the restaurant area should be cleaned like the coconut trees around the swimming pool so that the fruit doesn't suddenly fall and harm guests. Just a suggestion to make it more beautiful, it would be a good idea to provide spotlights towards the sea at night so that guests at dinner can also see the waves like restaurants and hotels do on Seminyak beach and the coastline.

All right, I will be brutally honest and just say it out loud....I cannot find a single flaw about this establishment. The design, cleanliness, and comfort and space of the room is just 6 stars out of 5. Neatly tucked away in a tiny fishing village, you are swept away by the architecture and I must say the space allocated for the toilet is just awesome! I never felt so pampered.One tiny comment though, the wood cabinet in the toilet do risk getting wet!Because of its secluded location, getting in and out of the hotel might be a little challenging so I would recommend just eating in their restaurant. Food is so so but I love their mojito!You can stroll around the rocky beach or just chill in your private pool.All in all, its a wonderful hotel, very well maintained and is a great retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life.No TV in the rooms though, you are here to RELAX!Enough said, you just gotta experience it to know what I mean...

Stayed for 1 night.Great hide away place, tranquil and nice. They operate 5 years but all looks very good maintained and still like new. Everything is good quality, the area is not very big, but comfy, has nice pool and resto in front of the villas. You can see a bit of sunrise and sunset as well.We stayed at the one which is second from the lobby, nice sea view, spacious living and bedroom, lux feeling shower ☺️Nothing to complain about, only couple suggestions: it’s better to have a toilet paper then not 😌, also tissue boxes better fill not until there is no space, so that you can actually take them. And maybe trash bin at the shower would be good addition.Overall very good anyway

Best hotel in my life. I've been here 20 times and each time I didn't want to leave. Magnificent design, the ocean air is filled with notes of mountain inflorescences. Lovely pool. The beds deserve special attention - the pillows and mattresses are simply wonderful. I want a house like this! There is also an excellent restaurant with delicious European food and drinks. For your birthday, they will decorate your villa and make a birthday cake. Many thanks to all the staff for the impeccable quality. Prosperity to you!

The rooms have a modern design, although the private pool on the mountain-view side is very cold. The living room was far too hot due to the lack of air conditioning. Only the bedroom has a rather weak air conditioning system. The rain showers in the bathroom and on the terrace are very pleasant.The service was consistently friendly.The location is right by the sea. Unfortunately you cannot go for a walk or swim on the very rocky beach.

My partner & I came to stay at the Tiing for a relaxing baecation. It was absolutely wonderful & we recommend to everyone!OverallThe Tiing is one our favorite places we’ve ever stayed! It is a very peaceful place with incredible views and facilities. Everything felt so individualized to us! It providing all the resort things without any overbearing staff, overcrowding, or tackiness.FacilitiesThe entire property was so beautiful! We loved our villa, the restaurant area, and the pool of course. It is very peaceful, private, and relaxing!We recommend booking the mountain facing villa, rather than the ocean facing, for a more private plunge pool & view.ActivitiesThey offer free activities on weekdays such as Jamu making class(Balinese herbal drink). During our stay we did a private yoga class on the grass, paddle boarding during the sunset, rented a motor bike to go to the Yeh Mampeh Waterfall and explore the town. They also have private drivers for many different excursions around the island. Every driver we had was kind and provided us wonderful experiences.I got the herbal 90 min massage and my partner got the Balinese 60 min massage. The massage rooms have open windows so you get the sounds & breeze of the ocean which was wonderful. We would recommend just sticking to the 60 min Balinese massage!The StaffEvery single member of the staff were delightful. So kind and welcoming. They curated the “welcome home” feel for us.We want to give a special shout out to Triana who was our personalized contact for our stay. We also want to shoutout our favorite driver, Mr. Atil, took us to Mt Batur for an ATV adventure over the black lava, down to the hot springs, and we were able to enjoy a Balinese dinner with him. Mr. Atil was so kind and we loved bonding with him and he taught us so much about Balinese culture.The RestaurantThe food was fine. The drinks, smoothies, and desserts were amazing! They also were very intentional about being careful about our food allergies for every single meal, even without asking!*My biggest heads up would be to be mindful of car sickness in the long treck from the airport! It’s about 3.5-4 hours and by the end its very windy as you go up & down the mountain to get to the villas. Dramamine saved me!
