Reasonably priced accommodation in a good location.||Right next to Monkey Forest and Coco Mart is a 5-minute walk away. The Royal Palace can be reached in 15 to 20 minutes on foot. …

It's an old accommodation, but it has a nice atmosphere and is good value for money. Of course, there are problems with insect repellent due to age and cigarette smoke creeping in under the sliding door. After overcoming the many ants, it is not a bad idea to experience the Korean thatched-roof house experience where you can feel the characteristics of the area called Ubud. However, the swimming pool leaves a lot to be desired. Tropical View Restaurant is a hotel restaurant and the food here is delicious. A hotel is under construction right next door, scheduled to open next year, and the rice field in front will be converted into a swimming pool. It will be even better if it is expanded. I had a great time during my stay thanks to Cynthia. See you next time.

The old facility itself is okay. Because I know it and go there. But there are a lot of bugs. There are no problems with sleeping in the bed, but there are too many ants.  …

We stayed in Tropical Garden Hotel for 5 nights. That was our first hotel in Bali and unfortunately was bad. Dirty, very badly maintained.Room:The rooms were big but very worn and dirty. The net above the bed was full of dead insects, dust, and stains. The TV unit was nearly falling off the wall. The room had not been deep cleaned in months. There were plenty of signs of the previous clients. Hairs, stains on the floor, andfurniture.Bathroom:The bathroom was on another level. The dirty bathtub and toilet have not been cleaned for ages. The walls and windows were so dirty that you could see differences by swiping up with a finger.Hotel swimming pool:I think that was the best part of the hotel. Clean enough to swim and chill. But the construction site just next to the swimming pool area was just killing the vibe. The toilet in the swimming pool was just not to be used, with walls falling off.Staff:They were nice, but there was no management. They were doing whatever they wanted. The owner should give this or control.Good location, but you can get much better for this price. The therance nextnext the restthe aurant outlet from the kitchen. Oil smells and cooking fumes all around.

Beautiful hotel with nice swimming pool with a clear view of a field behind this field the road and the monkey forest is 10 minutes away on foot. The room was clean, the fridge was dirty, the ice was 10cm thick inside and there was mold inside and on the joints. I asked to clean but it is insufficient poorly cleaned joints still black. They just put a hit I guess on the joints but not the ice in them. This is important because we leave the food! Mold germs develop on fruit and food in the fridge. The hotel and the chambermaid would have to understand this clearly in their heads. The swimming pool, the water seems clean but mold is stagnating on the stones at the bottom where the water jets are located and on other places on the swimming pool walls. It is not very well scrubbed it seems to the customers. The price 50€ per night is excessiveWe were the day before at the much larger Ubud Dream Resort hotel with 2 identical or even larger swimming pools, much more beautiful and larger garden areas and an identical room for 20€!I therefore do not recommend this hotel not because it is not beautiful. On the contrary it is pretty but for the reasons of its price too expensive 50€ while there are much better hotels for half the price. And for the fridge not cleaned it lowered the bill a little even if the room was clean.
