Upper swimming pool closed, gym where absolutely nothing works, the common areas are not clean and poorly maintained, the apartments are from another era but remain functional. The place is calm.

I happened to stay here because I was visiting my sister who lives in a nearby dormitory. Come stay for the day. Came in at night Luckily, I met a security guard under the building who helped advise me on which number to call. (If the owner also provided a contact number via Google Maps, it would be very good.) Other than that, I consider it flawless. In the room there are many amenities. The living area has a sofa, large refrigerator, kitchen, dishes, washing machine, microwave, water heater, large screen TV, strong internet, parking, and a security guard. Wake up early and walk around to see that there is a swimming pool as well. (But I haven't used the service.) All of the above are priced at 700. baht per night, even without breakfast, it is considered not expensive compared to the facilities received.

Fairly tired-looking apartments, but I paid only $15 per night, so for this price, it's a very good option to stay here for a few days. You'll need a scooter because the location is somewhat remote from shops and cafes. The room has a decent shower, a well-functioning air conditioner, a good bed, and the necessary minimum of household appliances. There's even a washing machine on the balcony, but it looks scary; I didn't dare to use it. Of the two burners on the stove, only one worked, and even that one worked extremely poorly. There's a gym in the complex, but it's more of a parody than a gym since everything is broken, as if the equipment was brought from a dump. Check-in and check-out are very convenient, self-service, no need to meet the owner. If booked for a small amount of money — I recommend it.

Got a room on the 7th floor. The owner of the dorm should have added an extra bed to make the room a one-bedroom so it has more space. It can sleep 3-4 people comfortably. The room is clean and neat. The housekeeper came in and cleaned it well. But because there were many unexpected events during our two-night stay that our friend was sick and unable to go on the trip, we decided to stay another night and return the room for 1 night, so we informed the owner in advance. The owner of the room was also kind enough to refund half of the room cost for 1 night that was returned before the deadline. Hopefully this experience will be useful for those who will continue to stay.

We picked this hotel for the good reviews of the rooftop pool, which, upon arrival, we found out has actually been closed for 6 months, and no one knows when it will reopen. If we had known this, we would not have booked.It's quite far out from the main town and impossible to get taxis, even more so if you need a van for more than 2 people/luggage.The whole place is completely run down and looks deserted. Our room was OK, as we had a duplex, so it had a separate living room area. Our friends had a normal room and it was very dirty and had mould on the walls.No one comes to clean the rooms, you don't get fresh towels (and the 2 you do get, were pretty dirty and old). You also don't get any spare toilet paper, so do bring your own.Overall, I wouldn't recommend staying here, but it is cheap and you do get what you pay for.

the ozone is in the quiet part of krabi I stayed in there basic air conditioned room the bed was comfortable small kitchen,washing machine shower room and lounge with a tv with no English channel's if you've got a fire stick bring it with you I hired a scooter to get about otherwise down load grab so you can book a taxi because Ao nang is 16km away

I want to say.. wow. The place is clean and tidy very well maintained and comfortable , good ventilation...The owner is very approachable. I can assure you that for my next visit I will be staying in Ozone condo only.cheers😄

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The price-performance ratio was excellent, and the rooftop pool was absolutely incredible. It's amusing that we never actually met the landlord in person; our communication was solely through the messaging function on Google Maps. In fact, we had to leave the rental payment on the living room table, which we found quite amusing. The only downside was the extremely strong smell of smoke in the room. It seemed as though a heavy smoker had been polluting the apartment for the past 20 years.

We often travel to krabi, and always love to stay in these apartment. Living area with smart tv, comfortable bed, small and equipped kitchen, a (very small) balcony with a washing machine, aircon and beautiful views. There is a small pool on the rooftop and a gym on one of the lower levels. The manager is very friendly and so is the security guard. I like the location, 10 minutes on the bike and youre in town. This place feels like a bit of luxury for a very reasonable price. Thank you.

This place is one of the best locations and, in terms of accommodation, 1 plus. It is on the outskirts of the city, so it is 15 minutes to the sea and 5 minutes to the center if you have a motorcycle. It is a very clean environment and at night it is very quiet with a concert of frogs and monitor lizards in the dali. I think the price for accommodation is very decent considering that you have two swimming pools here and the rooms have a kitchen, TV, fridge and air conditioning. I'm really following up

It was clean and spacious, and there was a washing machine, so it was comfortable, but I was afraid of riding a motorcycle, so I changed hotels after just one night. The location is the bottleneck. The closest convenience store is less than 1 km away. There are no food shops nearby either.

A perfect 10, not deducted at all. The accommodation is quiet, the room is spacious and has the functions of living in it. The mattress is very comfortable, clean, convenient, and comfortable. Highly recommended.

It's good and the kitchen smells weird. Wifi was not the best connection. Netflix didnt work but YouTube worked. View is nice but the pool at the bottom is not clean and at the top too.
