The room was very dirty, the sheets were dirty, the sheets had lizard droppings on them, the smell of dust, the bathroom was dirty, there were cockroach carcasses that were about to be destroyed, a sign that it had never been cleaned. Mineral water and toothbrushes were not provided, the air conditioner was very noisy and annoying, there was no trash can in the room, the furniture was very dirty and dusty, the chair was broken, luckily I didn't fall, people with asthma don't stay here. ITCHY BODY STAYING HERE. It's not really worth it, the tokens run out so the lights go out and it takes a long time to fill them up. I ordered a room long ago, but was given a different room, the room smelled of super bad dust. There are no towels provided, the place is remote, it's far inside, the service is really bad. For such a small mattress, the price and the remote location are not really worth it. Suitable for just 100 thousand. Very very bad!

The room was dusty, there were dead cockroach carcasses that had never been cleaned. Ordered room number C4 and was given C3, even though it had been booked a long time ago. You might forget to fill in the token even though it's a homestay. The service also takes a long time

The room size is quite spacious.Medium build quality.Cleanliness is maintained.Good design.Location is less strategic.Price category is expensive.Obstacles for the 2nd floor, narrow and steep stairs, small water supply because it relies on 1 water tower with the height of the tower almost parallel to the roof of the 2nd floor, while there are many rooms and wide coverage, so the water pressure coming out for the 2nd floor is small.The boarding house guard service is satisfactory, but it depends on the guard (is the person still the same or has he changed?).There is a parking lot, but unfortunately it is open, meaning it doesn't have a canopy.
