The hotel provides lots of electrical outlets in the rooms.The room is a little small in size but the layout is very good including the bathroom too. Big banger shower water can bathe with satisfaction.The breakfast menu is a bit lacking in variety. Overall 4 stars...

everything is okay, the room is nice, neat, clean, fragrant, the food is delicious, but the downside is, there isn't much food, what has been finished isn't filled straight away, and communication between employees is lacking, so there is often miscommunication between employees and hotel guests. that's all, please improve it further. Thank You

I want to give it all five stars but the rooftop is still being renovated, I don't know when it will be finished...Hopefully it will be finished soon so you can drink coffee while looking at the sky

First time staying here because I ran out of hotels in Bandung.This hotel's location is a bit less strategic, because even though it's on the side of a big road, you can't turn directly from the opposite direction because it's separated by a road block, so you have to turn around if you want to get to the hotel.As for the room I got, in my opinion it was not clean, there were lots of unclear hairs on the bed and bathroom.And the sheets have lots of spots.Maybe next time the cleanliness can be improved.You don't need to use a card for the elevator so security is not as high as other hotels

Close to shopping area. Sleep quality is amazing. Friendly and alert receptionist.Many reviews of the hotel are not good, in fact I can only give this value, the interior of the room actually looks quite luxurious and quite clean, the facilities are also pretty good for the price, but need to be improved, the service and staff are also friendly, didn't try the food there I came here because I had to check out in the morning, the AC was quite cold, provided coffee and tea and good toiletries, only toothbrushes were provided for 1 person only, and slippers were not provided, this is the most important thing for me, hehe, hot water and the toilet flush works well, the sheets also have stains on some parts which can't be removed, it's not really clean, then for drinking water in the hallway we have to get it ourselves with the kettle provided, the wifi connection is smooth, but for the TV channels very little, only a few dozen, hahaha, that's how it is 👍👍

Ok, I will breakdown my stay at 3D2N here.For Service and Hospitality 🔛🔝 really, starting from the friendly security who showed me the direction to the lobby when I wanted to enter the parking lot, the receptionist staff who helped store my items temporarily before checking in, the clean service when I left the room at 1an offered whether my room was cleaned or not and even though I said it didn't need to be cleaned and 'which I applaud' I was still given advice to replace the towels and fill the bathroom tissue which had run out. And even the frontliners at the buffet were friendly, polite and said thank you when we helped them put the plates where they put the dirty plates. In essence, the service "muy estupendo" maintains this added value when Google says it is a 3 star hotel.In terms of cleanliness, I think it's also good, there is no dirt, dust or even hair on the side of the room, or you don't have to go far, every corner of the bathroom is quite clean, there are no traces of soap, trash or other dirt, maybe if someone says the mattress is stained or dull, thank God it's not it's in my own room, but even as a building manager I understand that it's 'possible' that purchasing new sheets hasn't been included in their budget in the season you're staying 😁🙏And more or less this is one of the best 3 star hotels during my stay in Bandung, I would rarely write a review in this detail if it wasn't for the best service from you guys 👍

Disappointed with the room. I should have rested, but there are lots of problems. Starting from being given a smoking room even though we asked for a non-smoking one. The AC wasn't cold, it took a long time to look for a suitable room. Given a non-smoking room, the sheets were dirty, lots of stains, cracked walls, leaks. The AC still isn't cold. I was told to wait 15 minutes for the room to cool down. Water also comes out of the dispenser. Won't come here again.

The location is really good, strategic, close to everywhere. Friendly service. But the room is narrow, I think for that price you can get one that's a bit wider, hehe. Window glass with wallpaper so you can't see out. There are no slippers in the room.

Some experiences after staying in mid-January 2024.Excess:- Location near Istana Plaza and Living Plaza malls and the city center- Fast checkinLack:- Toiletries are only provided for 1 person, even though normally they are for 2 people- No hotel slippers- There is no bottled mineral water, so it is given like a kettle and then fill the water from the dispenser outside the room, in the hallways- The room is a bit narrow- Breakfast is not all you can eat, but it is packaged and delivered to the room- The refrigerator is not cold- The bathroom exhaust doesn't work

Booking for 2 rooms. Room 1, just entered the room but near the window there is still tissue that hasn't been cleaned and the shower is also dirty. In the other room, the sink was broken. You need to pay more attention to the cleanliness and function of the room, because it is quite disturbing because the room is dirty.
