On April 25 2024, we stayed with my wife and children at this hotel at the direction of the Lion airline because our plane was delayed, so we were told to stay at this hotel. Long story short, we checked in that afternoon at around 15.30 WIT, and when The receptionist informed me that at 02.30 (dawn) we had to check out of the room because we had to take breakfast take away first before coming to be picked up to be taken to the airport. When the receptionist arrived I returned the keycard and I asked where the breakfast was. , and the receptionist's answer was that breakfast would be shared in the car. When we arrived at KNO Airport we got out of the car and we didn't get anything, try to imagine we arrived at the airport at 03.00 in the morning waiting for the flight at 07.30, without breakfast, we could have bought it only if we were in economy class and still thinking about the price being quite expensive. It's just a shame, the rights that hotel guests should have must be given, what's more, if the guests don't want it, that's fine.....Very disappointing...The service is also just B... different from other hotels...this hotel is not friendly.

It's good and cheap and comfortable, especially since there's free breakfast, I like the coffee. Only lack of entertainment around the hotel, but it's not a problem, the important thing is it's comfortable... keep it up

A very good first experience during transit and the first Ramadhan, delicious sahur, twin bed room complete with hot water kettle and tea... Now it's called Crew Express Hotel. Stayed here on January 13, 2023 with both parents. We ordered adjoining rooms, 101 and 102. The room size is standard, the mattress is standard. The bed sheets, pillowcases and bedcovers were clean, but the pillows were too dense so it wasn't comfortable to sleep on. The bathroom is a bit narrow but according to the price, the distance between the closet and the wall is not too tight. The AC and bathroom exodus function well. Hot water is well available. We stayed 3 people but were only given 2 slippers. What was disappointing was room 102, the AC was seeping into the walls and floor, we reported it to the staff but we only saw it, there was no follow up from the male staff such as providing a container to collect the AC water or adding a mat. The two rooms we ordered were of the same type, but only 101 seats were available. But the hotel employee gave us a loan of 1 chair taken from the hotel cafe. Female employees are generally friendly and smile easily. Male employees, as I explained... are less friendly and lack initiative. For breakfast it's bad, there's nothing good, so my parents say.

My intention was to book The Crew Hotel instead I booked "The Crew EXPRESS Hotel (apparently the name of the hotel is The KNO Hotel), breakfast is only bread and vegetable rice cakes, no rice etc., there is no restaurant in the area around the hotel

For the price, the facilities are pretty great. Fast wifi and well lit room. Good vibe with clean bed & bathroom. Breakfast included, the staff are responsive and friendly.
