Strategic location on the main road, around lots of food. 4 star hotel but it is a bit old and still well maintained. The towels and sheets had stains, the room didn't have a carpet so it looked a bit dirty. Breakfast is quite varied, and there is a hall for events.

Asked to clean the room from 10.00 to almost 14.00 before the room bell, when I was resting, I wanted to clean it, 2x calls to reception, the result was the same, well, please, if you have a hyb reception, clean it immediately.

sadistic and cruel hotel. Employees work 12 hours, sometimes 14 hours without any overtime pay, work 1 week, still 6 working days, 1 day off, even holidays have reduced hours. If you fire an employee as you please without a strong reason. I was given a resignation letter on September 30, but instead I was fired on September 4. Many reports to the Manpower Department about Nevaketapang, no response, no action.

The water for bathing, the chlorine is too strong, the hair becomes tangled and the eyes hurt when bathing. The smell of cigarettes in the lobby was unusually strong, sitting on the guest sofa the smell of cigarettes stuck to your clothes.

I only got an order, I knew this hotel was in Kalimantan. I mean to book a hotel in Wil. Ketapang Banyuwangi via the application.

Strategic place. The breakfast is delicious. But unfortunately the room, the sheets were dirty, the towels were ruffled, the hairdryer didn't work. I booked 3 nights, luckily I was prepared to bring my own towel.Please upgrade again.

The location is good, close to places to eat and the mosque in front of the left of the hotel, the parking area inside is sufficient but a bit narrow so it's a bit difficult to maneuver.The restaurant is a bit closed so the aroma of food from the egg corner and burgers sticks to our clothes. It must be moved to an open area or with good air circulation.The receptionist and waiter are ok! Friendly and helpful.Oh yes, especially for hotel guests, every night there is a bbq dinner at the Roof Top Restaurant, just add 100 thousand per room and you can get the all you can eat bbq menu. This is really worth it
