We were not staying at this place and with my friend we were just passing by exploring the area and the beautiful garden inside caught our attention. We entered and there was this beautiful place with beautiful people open to help. They offered us to use the pool for free if we wanted since our stay didn't have pool. We came back the next day to have breakfast and lunch and it was the best decision ever. Food is sooo healthy and tasty, the staff is beyond kind and they also rent bicycles to go around the island for a good price.Conclusion, you can use the pool and having nice food with amazing staff.

Just had an amazing 6 nights here- immersed in yoga and healthy whole foods- mostly vegan.The staff here are amazing, friendly and super helpful with all requests. The ambiance is really chilled and the yoga instructors are among the best I’ve ever met- extremely knowledgeable in so many styles.I could not recommend this highly enough for some real zen time…🙏

Really enjoyed taking yoga classes here. Classes are well guided and the teachings shared really resonated. The staff and very welcoming. Really enjoyed a smoothie bowl post class downstairs also

Flowers and Fire Yoga is incredible, if you enjoy yoga it is a huge must. I ended up going to practise every day there. The space the classes are held in is incredible, you immediately feel relaxed walking in. I’ve been traveling all around the world and have been in Bali for a few months now and this is by far the best yoga studio, the teachers are incredible and the staff are amazing ! Gilli Air also has another place for yoga called H20 but I wouldn’t bother, it was pretty’s dumb, Save your money and time and head to Flower and Fire Yoga !!

Best yoga on the island! The morning vinyasa class followed by a healthy breakfast in the cafe underneath the treehouse studio is the ultimate way to start your day on Gili Air. Samantha’s classes are the best I’ve found in Lombok/Gilis and will leave you feeling relaxed and grounded, ready for a day of snorkelling or relaxing on the beach. It’s so good that I changed my trip so that I could spend more time on Gili Air 🙌 It’s also easy to meet people if you are travelling solo or wanting to socialise. Staff are so lovely and nicest I’ve found anywhere in Indonesia!

I took the yin class, and it was fantastic. The teacher, the atmosphere, and the surroundings all perfectly encouraged relaxation and complemented the practice. Highly recommend it. 🙏🏻

We had a really great time in the beautiful yoga shala and the really good yoga teachers at Flowers and Fire. Ingrid Bott always gave each student time and space in her classes to try out an asana themselves and then offered help. The lessons were very nice and fun. Eric and Jane's classes are really great too. The entire atmosphere and all the staff at Flowers and Fire are incredibly friendly, it was a great experience, thank you very much for that.Andrea & Nicole

Best place I have stayed in whilst travelling! Amazing breakfast, very kind staff, lovely female dorm, really nice place to chill out! I have returned a couple of times and always ‘welcomed home’! Recommend to anyone staying on Gili Air :)

Instructor needs training…a lot more training. Vinyasa class was poorly paced with questionable sequencing that could cause injuries to beginners. One example: we went straight from a vinyasa sequence to shavasana, followed by a plow pose— which could have resulted in back injuries. No variations and minimal adjustments were offered to beginners.Class also ended 10 mins earlier than the stipulated time of 915am. I didn’t mind the abrupt end, because the instructor was so bad that I was ready to leave.Left two stars because the shala is beautifully designed and relaxing, pity that I can’t say the same about class

I went there for yoga 3 times during my stay and I loved every minute of it. It is really well organized, it is easy to just drop in, the shala and just the whole space is so beautiful, all necessary material (mat, block, bolster) is provided,… Would definitely practice yoga there again!

Returning to Flowers and Fire Yoga Hostel for the second time was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I can recommend it. The breakfast, especially the smoothie bowls, is a must-try – so delicious!The staff here are incredible, always friendly and ready to help with anything you need. Their positive energy and smiling is infectious, making you feel right at home and part of a big family.Everything is spotlessly clean, which really enhances the overall experience.This year, I joined yoga classes with Eric and Ingrid. They’re both fantastic instructors, offering clear instructions and options for all levels, from beginners to advanced. The calm classes are great for relaxation, while the dynamic ones are energizing and fun.Flowers and Fire is the perfect spot to recharge and unwind. I’m already looking forward to my next visit. Don’t miss out on this amazing place!

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay with them! I arrived really late at night, and they checked me in swiftly, and gave a very nice overview of their lovely place the next morning. Breakfast served was really good as well. Everyone was really friendly.A pity I didn't get to stay long, and would love to return next time!

This is my favorite place on the island. It is a haven of beauty, peace, joy (local staff is so kind and welcome !!). I am used to attending the yoga classes. They are clearly above anything I knew before. I ve tried the classes with Jane, Kati, Eric and they are all absolutely amazing, with high quality of teaching. Everyday, they go through the philosophy and postures of one chakra, which brings a lot of depth to the class. The vinyasa flow is accessible to everybody. They offer many options for beginners as for advanced practicionners. Last but not least : mats and props are of very good material (not the cheapest ones that you can often see in tourists shalas). I highly recommend this place :)
