Stayed in the white room at the end of the garden. The location is great with so many great beaches a short walk away. The rooms are very clean and spacious and if requested can be cleaned. The owner is lovely and for the price this place is so worth it.

Best bang for your buck. The building quality itself is very basic but it has all the basic things that we need.The aircon is new and cold. The wifi works perfectly.The bed and pillows are very comfortable and clean, I don't have skin reactions, this is very important as even pricier hotels don't always have cleaner linen than this.There are clean towels, soap, shampoo, sink, cloth line, balcony and outdoor seats.There are only two bungalows so there's pretty much no neighbours within the complex.They offer daily room clean id you want them.Bear in mind there's no fridge, water kettle, hot water shower, tv.Unfortunately the wall and roof of the wooden bungalow is made of rattan so the insulation is bad, such a waste of aircon and electricity. Plus the constant burning smoke around the island means that you'd smell it inside the room, rattan also means that mosquitos can enter.Quite close to the main road and the port which is a big plus.Definitely would recommend for people on a budget.

I stayed at both of the rooms back in March for around 10 days. Originally I'd like to stay for 2 weeks but then I encountered some visa issues and had to leave earlier. The owner-Irna was very considerate and allowed me to cancel the rest of the days. The host-Wisnu who works there is a very cool guy and hiking enthusiast. We went to Pergasingan hill on one weekend and also met some of his friend who camped on top of the hill. Overall a very pleasant journey staying at Rumah Tiga. But there's one thing you should take note which is the morning prayer from the mosque is extremely loud. Even though prayer's speaker can be heard everywhere in Lombok. But there'll be some places with less sound waves.
