A small-scale resort with few lodges. The WiFi occasionally stutters. It is clean, not luxurious, but good beds, showers and western toilet. Free water, coffee and tea all day long. …

Amazing wildlife. We have just returned from a brilliant trip to Tangkoko Hills. This is a very laid-back place to stay where you need to go with the flow. It has a nice airy restaurant serving great local fresh food. …

Stephen Bee was great. Best tour guide ever! His son sylvester too ;)It's a shame that the people who run this accommodation don't speak English. We asked several times if we can pay with creditcard.. yes! Sure!In the end: we couldn't.We had 1.275.000 roepiah and our bill was 1.330.000. (3 euro missing) mainly washing money cause stay we already payed) No bank in tangkoko. We had to loan money from our driver (with the help of Stephen who speaks well English). Then we wanted our change back... (principal thingy... I know 3 euro is not small for sulawesi meanings but if you let us do 1 hour of finding money, wanting us transfer money without a bic registration that cost us 30 euro extra. So we didn't want that.. but if you let us feel this difficulty than we want our change back... principal) the boss lady of the kitchen was angry at us! That's not a hospitality way of doing business! It was a shame and a pity that our lovely stay ended like that!Communication issues...Don't say yes on things you don't understand, please!!!

Perfect stay for a visit to the park with a family. We were given two rooms next to each other. Spotless, mosquito net available and also including lunch, dinner and breakfast. Which was delicious. …

A truly nice homestay that is run by local Tangkoko people. It's simple, basic and most importantly, very warm & friendly. The rooms are simple and great, with air conditioning, water heater, comfortable thick beds. They have 3 chalets with queen beds and 4 twin-bed rooms. Food is simple, but they know how to cater to westerners. The honestay is c also close to Tangkoko National Park and about 10-15 minutes walk to AlphaMart convenient store. I stayed here for 4 nights and had a great experience.

Our stay was perfect. The food was amazing. Location is great. We had Steven as our guide and he is honestly one of the best guides I have ever had. He is very enthusiastic about the national park and he really has a passion for his job. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Good location near the entrance to Tangkoko National Park. The rooms have air conditioning and some also a fan, nice bathroom with cold and hot water. …

The location is perfectly located for exploring Tangkoko National Park. The rooms and especially the bathroom can be described as rustic. There is no real shower cubicle, just a hand shower in the small bathroom. The bed creaks and squeaks and is not particularly comfortable. Suboptimal if two people sleep in the room. What is positive, however, is that there is a mosquito net around the bed and even air conditioning. It's fine to spend one or two nights here.
