This is really centrally located, easy to get to from the harbour. The rooms are ok, no hot water in the showers and the shower head is not in great condition. Staff are friendly and helpful

Clean bedsheets and towels and good air-condition. You can ask room cleaning and they change bedsheets and towels if you ask every other day. Best location for swimming . And restaurant has a good menu.

We were cheated and not checked into this hotel, although we booked it in advance. We did not receive any notification that we would not be accommodated. The owner of the hotel offered an alternative in the form of moving us into the chicken coop for an additional fee, and ignored the offer to pay us for a transfer to the new hotel. Disgusting place and service.

The location is great, it is pretty close to the harbor. It is Easy to get there. We had power down in the morning. There were no amenities provided. No bath mat and there was no place to hang our clothes in the bathroom. The breakfast was pretty basic. It was just okay

So, you've got this incredible beach, right? Rooms are clean and AC serves well. The vibe is just electric with live music. But here's the kicker – the food? Oh man, it's like discovering a hidden treasure chest of flavor right here in Asia. I tell you, next time I'm bringing the whole squad back for more!"

Terrible! I was so excited when I looked at this resort on google, but when I arrived it looked nothing like the picture I saw. The other thing that makes me mad was they didn't tell me that due to idul fitri I wouldn't get my breakfast. They told me that after I did my payment (breakfast included). I asked for a refund, but they said they can't do that so, I asked for something and they offered me pancake and else. I got the pancake at 10 am, it's too late for breakfast, and i already had my breakfast before they gave me the pancake.My room smelled bad, my AC was broken. They said that the freon was broken. The only question I had was, why did they give me that room if the facility is broken? After 30 minutes, I asked to change my room, they gave me a new room that didn't have any difference with the previous one. The AC was still broken, the room smelled so bad, the floor was REALLY dusty. They also didn't get me a towel so, I had to take it in my previous room.I wish that I had a great experience in Gili Trawangan, but because of this bad experience, I can't enjoy my day at Gili Trawangan.

The staff was really super nice! Was easy to rent bikes and very good location of the property. We stayed three people in the only room with a sea view on the second floor above the restaurant. Great location but unfortunately there were a few things to complain about in the room. What was our biggest problem was that there were bedbugs in the beds and also cockroaches that ran around inside the toilet but also in the beds. The room was very responsive so as soon as someone walked outside on the street and spoke in a normal tone, it sounded like the people were standing in the room. If it weren't for various vermin in the room, the stay was worth the priceI would like to add that the breakfast was very good and very nice to sit on the beach and eat every morning.

If you wanna feel at home, you have definitely to check this place out! Lovely owner and service, directly on the beach, with cosy rooms that were surprisingly calm in the backyard, to avoid the evening rush. The room had an open shower and comfy bed, so we could finally find a good sleep after a while traveling through Indonesia. The stuff makes you really feel welcoming and helps you out with all you need..and then what to say about the food: simply divine with mediterean taste from a lovely chefcook (and believe me as an italian I'm quite picky about the food ;) at the end we found nothing to complain ad can just warmly recommend the place. We stood there an entire week definitely one of the best places we had discovered so far!
