My wife and I stayed here for roughly 3 weeks. The experience that we got here was beyond awesome. The staff were super friendly and extremely helpful. They know how to treat their guests with respect. For a hotel that was in the middle of an attempt to get their services back on track after dealing with a major setback due to pandemic, I think they have done such a remarkable job. They seemed to strive to upgrade their facilities and services and we were completely satisfied with what they had. The pool was good and their gym equipments were adequate. The cuisines they served here are top-notch as they catered the authentic taste of Indonesia. Their strategic location also added in some precious values since it was very close to the mall, convenient stores, local food stalls, pharmacies and the airport itself. We'll definitely be staying here again if we travel back to Sentani.

The hotel atmosphere is comfortable, the mattress is also good, but the cleanliness inside the room is still lacking. Breakfast at 7 o'clock the menu wasn't all ready yet

Ample parking, lots of food to eat, next door there is a Padang stall. At night there are lots of people selling food.The staff are all friendly. Greeted and invited to chat. Spacious rooms. Clean. Complete toiletries.Only if you call room service it takes a long time, it's a waste.The breakfast is standard, just nasgor with white rice, side dishes of chicken, fish, porridge, omelette, fruit, kantang, sausages. It feels like it's okay.Price 500-600 per night. There is only one elevator, only on the right. Sometimes it gets stuck, you can't move, but there are emergency stairs.The view is cyclops.The swimming pool is very wide

Bad serviceI booked a single bed, I was offered a twin because the single was out of stock, but because I kept asking for a single, it was finally given.There were no toiletries in the bathroom (only a used comb), the towels were dull, the lights in the lift landing were off even though it was still 7pm. Check in at 5 pm and check out immediately that day. The fo staff also forgot to return my KTP and I had to go back to the hotel to get my KTP.

Best out of the worse. Cellular signal is bad, wifi doesn't work most of the time. Room is okay-ish, staff are less than helpful. Had to wait 20 minutes for room

The swimming pool area is very comfortable, good for relaxing. The location is very strategic. Service is ok (not really bad). The rooms are not comfortable, maybe because this hotel is old...For a delicious breakfast menu. Service at the restaurant is also good.
