the place is comfortable but unfortunately the equipment is poorly maintained, such as cupboard drawers that are not cleaned so that previous visitors left cigarettes inside. but overall the twin bed room that I ordered was quite comfortable and the toilet was also clean, complete with towels and a little mineral water was provided. but the downside of the toilet in my opinion is that it should ventilate the air to the outside.

the water doesn't flow completely. I told the employees to check, why is the condition like this? he responded oh yeah, maybe he hasn't turned on the water machine yet. then he left. I'd like to turn on the water machine. It turns out the employee left and closed the door connecting visitors to the receptionist. not very responsive to help visitors who come to help lift goods.How do people want to visit Sengkang? if it's just a homestay like this.

Regarding the room facilities, it's good...but the service is not comfortable, what's more, there are female employees who are rude people, from the start I checked the rate and the room he said was already rude, even the bill was rude, when I came to the CO he told me to sit and wait with the excuse that he was doing something in the kitchen ..it's not a problem of being patient or not waiting, but I really have to CO early in the morning because I have work far away in another area,..asked about the price and the difference in room facilities which cost 175K versus 200K, he seemed emotional..I wanted to check the room..he My father told me that I had stayed here... even though I wanted to see the different facilities, the price was suitable, then it was a deal.. Next I was served by a kind and friendly male officer, I wanted to pay in cash, but I didn't have any change so I was told to pay tomorrow... when I finished parking. When my car came in, there was the mother sitting there, immediately charging in a loud voice like shouting... Sir, I paid immediately... I have an emotional reflex and don't accept being treated like someone who wants to run away... so my suggestion is for managers to develop employees like this... I saw it. not suitable for serving guests...thank you*Last year when I stayed there, I gave it a good review and a 5 star rating but I took everything away...🙏
