1 queen room, 1 single price rm120/night. Provided 2 bars of book soap, 2 drinking water, 2 coffee sachets. The water is cloudy, the bathroom smells. Old furniture, only 1 lamp works, there is a 1-door refrigerator. Wifi is slow, the internet is always very fast near Thailand. Aircond is very cold. There is no elevator. The hotel has stairs, even if you want to go to the lobby, the stairs don't have a ramp, so it's quite difficult for people with knee pain, strollers, wheeled bags. The stairs are long and steep, going up and down 2-3 times already makes my knees hurt. There is a parking lot but like other reviews dealing with motorcycle gangs it is true. It's always 1 room and 1 car parking, right, but this motorcycle gang shares a room, but parking for one motorcycle is not enough parking. Then ready to wash the motorbike next to the hotel lobby until it is smeared like there is no common sense.The location of the hotel is close to immigration. Not as crowded as hotels in betong town

Worth your money... the owner responded quickly and efficiently... strategy location..not in the hattic town....but near to town...my second time staying with the hotel.... parking lot quite small....but my vellfire needs two parking lots.... luckily not many visitors that day... overall satisfied.. thumbs up 👍👍👍

We are a family of four 👨👩👧👦 driving from Kuala Lumpur Malaysia 🇲🇾 to return to Kota Bharu Kelantan's kampung beraya .. then enter pengkalan hulu perak, drive to border bentong @ our tok tuo house father in law then .. then to yala tomorrow to return to the new city. Just want to avoid the congestion of many cars returning to Kelantan from KL if you go through Pahang. . Seriously, we just went to rest, after the tarawikh of the central betong mosque.. we were looking for it.. thank god we found this halal hotel. very clean, well taken good care.. thank god subhnallah thanks a lot for all the staff there.. and this our 1st time here . Alhamdulillah.. there is a bath tub ready.

Already reserved, but when I arrived at the hotel The employee was not present (to pray). The employee chased him to reserve another place first. Because the employees won't come in and speak badly of them.

Affordable hotel. Receptionist can speak Malay language. They responded to google chat and phone call. Book room with 1 queen and 1 single bed. After check in the housekeeper brought pillow and towel for 3rd pax. Have garden in front of our room. Limited parking but we can managed as not many cars on that day.

Not sure what's going on here. We book a room with one queen and one single bed. But only two pillows. Ask for one more pillow for the queen bed but you must pay to have it. The room quite spacious but the toilet a bit smelly. The parking lot not to say quite cramp but really cramp. There's no parking lot for the 2nd night. The staff who actually working as technician and maintenance ask us to park along the roadside or at the exit in order to take care of their big bike customers who conquered the parking lot. The reason is to be in the cctv coverage. How about others customer vehicle?? Just because we're ladies we have to park at the roadside?? How about our safety?? Thank you to OUR Malaysian bikers ABANG TOLERANSI that conquered the parking lot TEACH US ABOUT TOLERANCE AND HOW TO GET ALLAH'S REWARDS TO US LADIES WHO ARE WELL EDUCATED (they said) TO TOLERANCE BUT THEY THEMSELVES NOT TOLERANCE AND NOT GENTLEMAN ENOUGH WITH BIG NO WHEN WE ASK THEM TO TOLERATE WITH US TO MOVE THEIR BIG BIKE TO THE OTHER SIDE TO MAKE WAY FOR US TO PARK IN THE PARKING LOT. PLEASE PLEASE AND PLEASE DON'T TEACH AND ASK US TO TOLERATE IF YOU YOURSELF AS A "MAN" DON'T WANT AND DON'T KNOW ACTUALLY MEANING OF THE WORD OF TOLERANCE. The staff shouldn't be BIASED to us ladies. First time staying in this hotel and having first BAD EXPERIENCE since I've been in Thailand (10 yars back). The technician and maintenance staff is RUDE shouldn't said any words that offended customers. They should be polite and reasonable. After all we also paid their service not only THE BIKERS. THUMBS UP to the other resorts and hotels that I've been staying in Thailand. They really know how to manage parking for their customers. Not even a bad words from their mouth. They know how to say SORRY. And for the BIKERS, WHAT DO YOU FEEL IF YOUR WIFE@ DAUGHTERS@SIBLINGS@ anybody you know treated like what we've experience. WILL YOU CARE MORE YOUR BIKES OR SAFETY OF THEM?? MAY ALLAH REWARDS YOUR KINDNESS. PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU SAID A WORD.

Very bad employee service, rude oath. Islamic hotel but it's not Islamic with very rude staff service. Parking is very limited and has become the cause of arguments between car drivers and groups of riders/bikers.Sorry to say, there are a lot of bikers in the group, but they have brains and are not selfish to take all the parking just to park your big motorcycle.TOLERANCE is used for all human beings especially TOURISTS near people's countries. Because you're a MAN and have a BIG MOTORCYCLE means you don't need TOLERANCE?When an argument occurs, HOTEL STAFF SHOULD find a solution and reconcile both parties. BUT YOU STAFF CAN WIN THE WRONG PEOPLE JUST YOU'RE MALE. At that time, we were just girls, you can show me your HELL MALE.YES, WE ARE SMART WOMEN, that's why we don't park where we shouldn't and want to block the path of other cars to get out. YOU HAVE ONE BIG MOTORCYCLE IN ONE PARKING LOT?The hotel staff are very rude. Other non-Muslim hotels but service and etc are very nice and should be praised. The room smells so bad, 2 stars only because it's big

I like it. I stayed in a suite room. The room is also soundproof. How loud is it outside? I slept soundly. The atmosphere is very good, quiet and peaceful with the receptionist and housekeeper taking very good care of you. Come with a motorcycle or car, there is parking available. Accommodation prices are not high.

The rooms are suitable for the price, quiet. On the day of our stay, it rained heavily and the weather was very good. Convenient travel Good service staff The surrounding atmosphere is good. The parking space is a bit small and cramped. WiFi doesn't work very well. Air conditioning is cool. Satellite TV.
