The vibe is comfortable, the rooms are spacious, the service is very satisfying, but there are several important points that must be addressed immediately.1. The room has started to have lots of holes in the corners, apparently from rat bites and indeed when I stayed overnight I got a pet bonus in the form of a rat.2. A lot of equipment in the room needs maintenance, one of which is the curtain rail, the wood is starting to rot, and there is a slight damp smell that smells like rat pee 😣.3. For accommodation prices which are very close to 1 million and more than 1 million for the premium series, breakfast is quite expensive. It could be because of the presentation, especially since the type of menu is cheap and served as is.4. The room feels like a sauna from 8 - 13 🫣.

His experience while here was that he had problems with water. From the first day there was a problem with the water not flowing, it had been repaired, they said the sanyo had the problem, it had been replaced.. it could be done but it wasn't as good as other hotels/lodgings.. in essence it was still small.. the next day there were the same problems in the water.. in fact there were when it's right "dead... if you still want to stay here, just think again and make sure the water is running smoothly. If you need to check first by room, whether it's possible or not, rather than being upset it's already in... 🙏🏻🙏🏻

We stayed in a villa, which consists of 2 rooms with 3 double beds. Overall it's really good, unfortunately the kitchen set is not complete, so the cooking and eating process is a bit disturbed. In the room there are 2 km of very luxurious dapm and there is sulfur water.

I remembered I wrote a reviewed on here..but was gone. Anyway, i ll tell me experience. Is right..the place is nice, the nature experience is pretty good. Unfortunately, for our luck. We booked..few "igloos cabin", looks fancy...but cleanliness was not so good. My family was very tired at night...we were ready to take shower...that night..there was no water. The personal told us that they were going to come to fix it...I was waiting only with my towel...for ...you guess it...never come. I went back again...and i got the same answer...again ...never come! I understood that things can get wrong sometimes...but when we checked out...i was expecting some kind of discount...(we booked few cabins...not cheap by the way) ...no discounts. No apologies...so...definitely not cool.The personal were friendly...but the management really bad not talking action...probably you would understand if you come with your family, small kids...sweating and tired ...and you will not find water...and acting like nothing happens...bad...
