On the 6th, early check-in was safely greeted by the receptionist, the room I chose was S. Deluxe room on the 2nd floor. However, when I was about to enter the room, all the contents of the room were dismantled, the mattress was placed outside and the room was empty so I had to go to the 1st floor again to confirm. Then I changed rooms because there was an error, when I entered the new room the card couldn't be used and I ended up going back down to the 1st floor🥲. The problem is that the room is safe, but when I was going to sit on the bed I touched the bedcover which was stained and the TV was also not clear. But I was happy with the spacious bathroom and nice shower. The room was not soundproof so the activities of people outside could clearly be heard entering the room and it was a shame that several times random people wanted to open the room door🥲🥲. I like the food, it's delicious, it's just that the glass provided is dusty so it's recommended to rinse the glass first before using it. In the future, please improve the room facilities and the comfort of visitors🙏.One more thing, for that price, in my opinion, it's not worth it for what I got

Here's the rating:Facilities : 4/5Service : 2/5Location : 4/5Price : 2/5Strategic location, quite classy facilities, staff need to be given service training, especially smiles, greetings and greetings. Slow wifi connection, Breakfast menu is not varied. The room is not airtight so noise from outside is often disturbed.Mineral water from a dispenser is usually a standard facility but this is not available.Hopefully it continues to improve to be better...

One of the hotels in Palopo City with rates starting from 330 thousand Rupiah. Standard rooms are quite spacious at this price rate. Located in a quite strategic location. The receptionist also provides early check-in. Overall it is quite commensurate with the existing facilities.
