We stayed at Bae Villa from June 16th to July 15th, having paid the full amount in advance (60 million IDR + a 10 million IDR security deposit). While our stay was initially pleasant, after two weeks, construction began next door. The noise from drilling and bulldozing, along with the smell of burning materials, became unbearable, making our stay increasingly uncomfortable.Realizing the construction wouldn’t cease, we contacted management and requested a villa change, given that they manage several properties. However, we were informed that all other villas were fully booked. Consequently, we expressed our intention to move out before the end of our stay if we could find alternative accommodation.Shockingly, after a phone call with management, we were informed that they had booked new guests for our villa overlapping with our prepaid period (June 16th – July 15th), and that we were required to check out by 12 pm on July 12th.When I texted the management to clarify that I did not confirm an early departure, they insisted that I had confirmed it over the phone. This was not the case; I had only mentioned the possibility of an earlier departure if we found another villa due to the unbearable construction noise and smell. Despite my attempts to explain, the response was consistent: “You confirmed, and we already filled the dates. Your checkout is at 12 pm on July 12th.”The manager of Goro even stated, “I already filled up the nights (that we paid for in advance) because I have investors to answer to.” This response felt dismissive and indicated that our comfort and peace of mind were not a priority, and that profit was their primary concern.Unfortunately, this situation caused additional stress as it was my son’s 6th birthday on July 11th, and instead of planning his party, I had to find alternative accommodation for the remaining days we had already paid for.In the end, they only refunded us for the remaining four nights and did not even attempt to apologize or offer any discount for the time we practically lived at the construction site.This experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional, significantly impacting our vacation.

Em... in terms of access, it's quite easy...In terms of cleanliness... very cleanComfortable... modern but Balinese style...Recommended for more than 1 family...For naxs naxs who want to hang out... be safe... pe we're done...So guys.. have fun in the place..This is a good place 😀😀😉
