This place is 100000000/10😩🫵🏻🫶🏻💖Uncle Anto and Aunt Kanti whose hospitality is unmatched! Stayed here only last night on October 3-4 but the story won't disappear until I have to go back again lol!I, who was really tired from high school in Jakarta, went to Jogja for a while, I was very grateful to be able to breathe fresh air and socialize with the hosts who were such great DJUARA 💃🏻 this was already more than I expected🔥🔥Woke up and was served mint tea and coffee with food I forgot what it was called. The pko is in the photo. It's really the best made by Mr. Kantiii✨✨Plus also chatting with VC with his kids😩🤣😂The attraction of Omah Kabunan, apart from the vibe of the building and its "going home to grandma's house" environment, is that Uncle Anto and Auntie's kanti is that exciting🫨🥰And of corzz the one and only the green table they have xixi❤️🔥Believe me, the green table has its own spell to make guests come back here, just try it if you don't believe it🤭Oh one more thing, if you want to place an order here, please don't skip the package plus breakfast! Tante Kanti Top's awesome kecombrang fried rice is the best that you can't miss!🤤When I came home there was a moment where I felt like my father was taking his child off to the city, he was taken to the front of my uncle and aunt's high school, waited until he got on the motorbike, and Uncle Anto made sure everything was okay, the motorbike made the trip from Omah Kabunan to the city of Jogja safe and controlled🥹🫶🏻 🔥I'll see you again, uncle auntie!!🥰Thank you for the great hospitality!🫂✨Most important note:Those who want to order here, please remind Aunt Kanti at least the first day, so that Uncle Anto prepares his energy to host 🤪🤭😂

The rating is 11/10 according to my 11 year old son! Only booked 1 night because frankly I didn't have the confidence to bring small children to live in a real rural house, it would be a hassle looking for more accommodation if they didn't feel at home. It turned out that they were the ones who had the most fun alone playing in the back of the house, adding to their breakfast of nasgor to 3 plates, finishing the delicious fried tofu & banana served in the afternoon with coffee & enjoying listening to us for a long time chatting at the dining table discussing fried tofu and politics😃 lmpressive experience & beautiful place by kind hearted hosts Mba Kanti & Mas Anto.Highly recommended for those who miss the quiet village atmosphere. Staying 1 night clearly won't be enough, so hope to be back & stay longer very soon!

Recommended for those looking for accommodation in Jogja, especially the Prambanan area and its surroundings, the location is in the countryside so it's not too noisy with the sound of vehicles, the atmosphere of the accommodation is like visiting a beautiful grandmother's house and there is a courtyard and you can get breakfast too, Mr and Mrs who own the accommodation are also friendly so can share their respective experiences hahaha, looking forward to the adventure in Kali Talang and Umbul Klaten for Mrs. Kanti and Mr. Anto 🙌🏻

Omah Kabunan, yes, as the name suggests, 'Omah' feels like you are at home, not in a guest house☺️☺️ the rooms are also very comfortable, plus Mr and Mrs who are caring and friendly to the guests staying☺️☺️

Good place we enjoyed it. The food are great, the place is quite cozy and aesthetic, the hospitality and the owner are very humble, we had a great convo with om anton and tante while we had breakfast. Lots of great thought but still they are plenty of dad jokes😂.You can talk anything to them, yes a-n-y-t-h-i-n-g.... And for free ofc 😁Unfortunetly, we cant taste a coffe special made by om anton, because we had other plans to do. Maybe next timeya om 😉

Simple, pleasant accommodation. The vibe of returning home happens to be similar to my grandmother's old school house... I like the aesthetic and simple decoration arrangement. But the most exciting thing is, the owner of the house, Ms. Kanti and her husband are super friendly and warm, they feel like a close family 🥺. Especially when you sit together at a green table to discuss anything, it becomes fun...Makes you feel at home and want to come back again 😍😍 the food is all delicious, sis. Kecombrang fried rice, fried bakwan, fried banana, fried cassava and Lampung coffee are excellent 🥰The children enjoyed playing all day in the back garden with their hammocksAhhhh can't move on yet!!!

A suitable place to escape from the fatigue of the capital city, the air is not too hot because it is not too far from Merapi but not too far from the city because the trendy places to eat are also close. Missing the fresh air and friendliness of the hosts. Next time, if you go to Jogja, I want to stop by again

Nestled on the outskirts of Yogyakarta, this rustic farmhouse offers a serene escape from the city's hustle and bustle.The heart and soul of Omah Kabunan is undoubtedly Puryanti. Her warmth, care, and culinary skills made our stay truly exceptional. The daily breakfast spread was a delightful surprise, with a variety of delicious local dishes that changed daily. Her genuine affection for her guests created a strong sense of family, making it incredibly difficult to say goodbye.The farmhouse itself is a charming blend of rustic and elegant. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on. While there’s no air conditioning, the cool night breeze and fan were more than sufficient.Surrounded by lush greenery, fruit trees, and the occasional roaming chicken, the property offers a peaceful ambiance. The outdoor seating area is perfect for relaxation, while the indoor spaces provide a quiet retreat for work or reading. The reliable Wi-Fi was a lifesaver for my remote work.Our kids loved exploring the grounds, and the self-service kitchen allowed us to prepare meals at our convenience. The laundry service was surprisingly efficient and affordable, providing a much-needed convenience during our stay.The nearby river, though impacted by construction, didn’t detract from the overall charm of the location.Omah Kabunan is a hidden gem that offers a unique and authentic experience. Puryanti’s hospitality, combined with the comfortable accommodations and stunning surroundings, create an unforgettable stay. We wholeheartedly recommend Omah Kabunan to anyone seeking a tranquil retreat in Yogyakarta. If our visa allowed, we would have extended our stay indefinitely. We can't wait to return!Note: I would give Omah Kabunan 10 stars if possible! Oh and Puryanti also has Scooters for rent at a very affordable 70k a day
