I don't understand why it has positive reviews, upon arrival everything seems to be fine and the pool, the room, etc. are nice. When we returned to the room from dinner we realized that there were many mosquitoes because they were coming from the bathroom that is outside and connected to the room from above, there is no wall separating them. They have a mosquito net but we asked for anti-mosquito spray to fumigate the mosquitoes a little before going to sleep and they didn't have one, we had one that we had in our suitcase and when we went out to the bathroom to throw them out cockroaches started coming out, in a minute 3 came out and one of them is the biggest thing I have ever seen and nothing stopped her from climbing the bathroom wall and entering our room. We took our suitcases and went to another accommodation with an indoor bathroom where we could sleep peacefully away from insects. They did not offer us any solution nor did they refund our money. Horrible, not recommended.

When we asked how to get from Nusa Penida harbor to the hotel, the staff said that they didn't know the boat that we were going to take. And that was their last answer. If they didn’t know, they should have at least informed us about our options or how much a taxi would cost. When I asked how we were supposed to get to the hotel, they finally gave us some lukewarm guidance. the staff spoke only basic English. The room had a lot of bugs except mosquitos, so I recommend checking the sheets carefully before sleeping to ensure there are no harmful insects. The Wi-Fi was unbelievably slow, much worse than expected, and although they said it’s a problem across Nusa Penida, we didn’t have this issue elsewhere. As for breakfast, it’s probably best to just be thankful it’s provided at all.

The worst place to stay in all of Bali! I don't usually write negative reviews but this time I can't help it! The girl at the reception was listless and annoyed by some simple requests, Wi-Fi not working, shabby breakfast and the room door that doesn't close.If you don't feel like working, stay at home, it's better! 0 out of 5

The location is good, 2 km from the port, right along the road that runs along the sea near various restaurants, scooter rentals, excursion centers etc. The structure is simple, the entrance with the reception and the breakfast area is a bit shabby because it looks like a large concrete car park. The pool and bungalow part is much better with the well-kept garden. The swimming pool is not very large but it is enough for a bit of relaxation, but the deckchairs which have old and stained cushions should be changed. The rooms are very beautiful, as in the images, equipped with all comforts, but just one towel per person is not enough, however they did not give us the pool towel that we saw for other customers. The bed is quite comfortable but I didn't sleep well at all due to the roosters already crowing in the middle of the night and also due to the light that filtered through the curtains, which were evidently not dark enough. The breakfast was just passable, the day before you choose between various sweet and savory options, for the first time I found packaged pancakes and not homemade ones. Overall it's a decent place to stay, but for the same price I think you can find better.

Structure located in an excellent position not far from the docking point directly on the road that runs along the sea. It is a small garden surrounded by 6-7 very nice villas equipped with TV with Netflix. The negative points that should not be overlooked are that the quality/price ratio is certainly better in the area, the quality of the wifi is quite poor and, most importantly, you sleep really badly at night due to the dozens of roosters surrounding the area.

The hotel is great, the rooms are magnificent and clean, as shown in the photos, only one street to cross to get to the sea.But on the other hand the noise of the roosters is unbearable!!!I advise you to have good balls or not spend more than two nights too bad 😊
