Was meant to stay for 3 nights but we only lasted 1… there’s cockroaches all over the rooms and also there was Rat Pop on the bathroom floor, the walls are too thin and the TV doesn’t work, the water pressure is too weak also, we left and asked for a refund and the owner refused… even tho there were cockroaches and feces everywhere..

DO NOT STAY HERE.Apart from everything in the surrounding area being far from all attractions / decent restaurants - which by itself wouldn't be too much of an issue.Upon entering our room (which wasn't good value for money) there was a dead cockroach in the corner. After staying there the first night of a 3 night stay we heard constant rattling in the roof.The following evening after returning I discovered feces in the shower. Upon googling what it could be, it mostly resembled that of a rat. So we left immediately, packed our stuff and booked somewhere else - there was no staff on sight to assist and their response over Whatsapp was basically, cancel your booking on your side.Upon request for a partial refund for the other 2 nights of the 3 we did not stay - the request was rejected as it was apparently too high even though we asked for 2/3 of the cost of the booking.Disastrous place, avoid at all costs.

One of the accommodations with a rate of around 300k-400k in the Kutampi Kaler area, located right across the road from the Kutampi Kaler village office, behind the Bollywood Indian Cuisine Restaurant.There are 10 bungalows, 4 at the front, right next to the swimming pool and 6 at the back.The room is standard, there is a TV, double bed, AC and wardrobe. No towel rack. The bathroom has a sitting toilet, shower and water heater, but the shower water is a bit small, there is only soap, shampoo and tissue. There is no refrigerator, heater, tea, coffee. When I arrived, I was only given 1 small bottle of Aqua.Breakfast is only made at 7 am, can't ask for it earlier. The choices are fried noodles, scrambled eggs and plain bread.The rooms and courtyard are a little poorly maintained. The shower head needs to be replaced/cleaned from limescale. Bed sheets and bed covers need to be washed more thoroughly. The curtains need to be laundered too.

The hotel hardly has anything to do with the pictures, the bungalows are very run down and leaky so that larger geckos and all small animals could come in.There were dead cockroaches under the bed, the shower barely worked, the toilet lid wasn't tight, the mirror was cracked. The pillows were dirty from the start and were not changed despite housekeeping. The pool was neither cleaned nor did the pumps work. On two out of three days we had no electricity during the day, which we were only told when we asked.The female staff were more concerned with their cell phones than with the guests' satisfaction.On the first night, a gecko wet our bed from the ceiling beams, we wanted a room change or other solutions, the female staff didn't make much of an effort and just said "I'll talk to my friend". The male employee then offered us a different room in the evening, but there was another large gecko waiting for us in the night.

It's in a great location, 5 minutes by bike from the port, and there's a convenience store nearby.The room is clean and the shower has plenty of hot water. The water level is a little weak.Wifi speed is also good.The staff was very kind, but unfortunately the pool was not cleaned every day and there were leaves floating around. The only amenities provided are body soap and shampoo, so you will need to bring your own toothbrush, etc. However, this price also includes free breakfast, which is good value for money.A highly recommended hotel.
